Short walk to the beautiful beach or to the enticing pool. 1.25 miles to the center of downtown Long Beach or a short drive to Pass Christian and Bay St. Louis to the west or Gulfport and Biloxi to the east. Numerous restaurants and stores nearby to satisfy your appetite and shopping needs and several Casinos if you feel lucky. If you like boating or fishing there are multiple marinas and boat launches to choose from.
Enjoy the sunrise from the front patio and sunset from the back deck, with beach views from both.
The condo is fully furnished, with a stocked kitchen and washer and dryer in the unit. Electronic front and rear door locks so there are no keys to keep track of.
Come explore the amazing coast of Mississippi where you can do as much or as little as you want.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place all trash in the dumpster, DO NOT strip the beds, leave used sheets/bedding in place on the beds, pile all used towels/washcloths in the bathtubs.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
By Renting this property, Tenants/Guests also agree to the terms of the VRBO Rental Agreement that has been uploaded separately to this VRBO #3897531.
The ground level patio area located behind the Condo is private property and not to be used by Tenants/Guests.
Upon departure, please put all used towels in the bathtubs, load and run the dishwasher, and take all trash to the dumpster. DO NOT strip the beds.

The location was a very convenient. The condo was very clean, comfy, and everything was provided. If you forget something from home, no worries, it was provided down to a toothbrush and toothpaste. Host is very responsive and very kind. I would definitely stay again and recommend to friends.

This is an exceptional condo…clean/well stocked/little extras..flowers made out of Kleenex on top of the tissue box, Dove soap, etc. to name a few. No doubt the owner takes pride in his property. The neighbors are nice it’s quiet/safe. I could go on and on..I have stayed in many condos along the gulf… by far the best! Thank you! good memories of Beau Clair!

Outstanding quick stay

We decided at the last minute to make a quick weekend trip to the Gulf to take the grandkids to the Aquarium. This rental was fantastic. It’s close to everything. Clean, cozy and stocked with everything we needed for a perfect weekend. Owners are awesome! If you order Door Dash, be sure to add the name of the condo to the address. Both of our delivery drivers got lost.

Why they chose this property

The condo is only 90 minutes from our home in Hammond, LA and the Long Beach area is centrally located to a variety of activities. The beach is a short walk across the street and there is a community pool. There are also several small towns nearby with plenty of restaurants, shops and a variety of community events. We also like the fact that there are several marinas nearby for boating and fishing and casinos for gambling and entertainment.

What makes this property unique

The end unit condo is centrally located between the beach and the pool with plenty of parking and secure outside storage available under the condo.
