Small house in quiet neighborhood with almost everything you need. Clean and updated. Convenient to shopping. Could use towel racks, hooks and facial tissues. Communication with host was very good. The shower was difficult to use as it facilitated between cold and very hot with no in-between. Complimentary coffee and tea were nice touches.

Love the house. There were 5 adults that stayed in the home and we had plenty of room. The neighborhood was very nice and close to everything. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Onterio. We will definitely rent the house again when we come back for a visit.

From the start the exchanges with the property manager were easy and informative. The home itself was very accommodating and very - very comforting. Quiet also with lots of parking. Central location was also a bonus. Pretty close to a perfect stay.

The house is very clean. All the furniture is clean and well taken care of. I loved the self check-in and check-out. The Wi-Fi is very reliable. The neighborhood is clean and quiet. Will definitely stay here again.

Showers are not good, 10 mins to get hot water and then you can barely stand up in them from the basin design. Almost nowhere to charge anything. That was very inconvenient.

Floors were dirty, TV was broken. No hot water to any of the sinks so no dishes were clean. Dog/cat hair all over beds and floors, windows were open when we arrived trying to vent the smoke smell. Sent multiple messages to host and only response was “Thanks for letting us know.” One of the footboards wasn’t screwed on and kept falling off and slats were broken on bed. Had high hopes based on the photos and host had a pretty website for check in but wish they had spent money on maintaining their rental and not a website. Pretty disappointed for our vacation to stay in a place like this and have an unresponsive host. Would not recommend to anyone. Sorry guys, pictures look lovely but it’s all for show. It was quiet and neighborhood felt safe.

Good location

We had an overall positive experience at this rental. It is tucked away in a residential neighborhood and was in a good location for our needs. The rental was broom clean (not deep cleaned) upon our arrival. This was not a deal breaker for us, but we did provide some feedback about it to the host toward the end of our stay. Some things to note to future guests: 1) be sure to bring slippers as the floors are all tile - there is no carpet and no area rugs 2) there is a rooster living at a neighboring property - so be prepared to hear crowing at 5 AM3) the interior of the unit is quite small, but provided enough space for three people, more guests would have been crampedAgain - we overall had a good experience.
