This lovely Kiawah Island vacation rental has been attractively updated and decorated. The two-story townhouse layout features an open living space on the main level, two bedrooms with bathrooms on the second level, and relaxing lagoon views.

Just a minute from the beach, the villa offers the convenience of staying on the beach without paying oceanfront rates. The villa greets you with hardwood floors, a neutral color palette, and coastal-inspired furnishings. The kitchen features white cabinetry, granite countertops, subway tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances, and an elevated bar with stool seating. The dining area offers a table with seating for six and connects the kitchen and living room. The living room, just one step down from the dining room, features plenty of seating with a sleeper sofa, loveseat, and two cozy chairs as well as entertainment from the wall-mounted flat-screen TV and Blu-ray player. The lagoon view deck, accessible from the living room, provides two chairs for taking in the island splendor. A powder room off the foyer completes the main level. Ascend the stairs to the two bedrooms. The primary suite showcases lagoon views, king bed, cozy chair, flat-screen TV, and private bathroom with tile shower. The second bedroom offers two twin beds, flat-screen TV, and private bathroom with shower/tub combo.

The villa is furnished with washer, dryer, and high speed wireless internet.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Great place close to the beach!

My family of 3 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Windswept Villa. Everything was great and had what we needed to make our stay very comfortable. Loved how close it was to the beach. A quick 3 min. walk across the street. Easy check in process and great communication leading up to our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Great property, terrible beds

Loved the location and layout of the property, perfect location on Kiawah. Close to Heron Park and beach. Lagoon view from back deck amazing, birds and gator sightings galore. Parked car and biked everywhere.However, I cannot stress how terrible the mattresses are! The king bed is a slab of concrete, the twin beds were “prison beds” in the words of our 17 year old son. Bring a heating pad and ibuprofen! Spend the money and upgrade to decent matresses and watch the 5 star ratings come in.

We are a family of 4 with two young kids (ages 4 and 2) and this condo was a great place to use as our home-base for our first trip to Kiawah. We liked that it was such a short walk to the beach (literally across the street from the boardwalk entrance) and also an easy bike ride to the Night Heron Pool and Sanctuary hotel. The kitchen was stocked with most everything we needed to cook many breakfasts, lunches and dinners. We found the condo in nice, clean condition when we arrived and the beds were quite comfortable. We did enjoy having the TVs in our rooms to entertain the kids while they were recovering from endless hours at the beach! Overall, this is a well appointed, well kept condo that served our needs very well. Would definitely recommend to others!

Beautiful place, would definitely stay again. Initially I didn’t lower the blinds correctly. Not being familiar. They came over the next morning/ afternoon and took care of this quickly. Could only find 2 washcloths in Condo. I was really upset. Really due to my own personal issues. A lady brought me 4 more washcloths the next morning. Great service.

Another Nice Stay...

This unit is still one of my favorite places I've stayed at Kiawah but this unit could use a little updating/deep cleaning. One of the chairs in the living room was visibly soiled with stains. But other than that, not much to complain about. Great location! Akers Ellis is still the best company to deal with on the island.

Great getaway and beautiful accomodations

Great location within walking distance to the beach. Also, the back deck let us enjoy the lake area with lots of wildlife viewing, our favorite was the alligators....so much fun to watch. The villa was so nice and much better than the pictures. Would definitely stay here again. My teenage son and his friend enjoyed riding bikes and both want to come back.

I must admit, I'm somewhat conflicted in writing this review. I don't want to brag about the place too much because I hope to return soon and hope it will be available! But it was great. So, let me take a minute to brag about the rental company (Akers Ellis). They were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish and I would definitely recommend renting from them. They were very responsive to any questions prior to my arrival and when one (very minor) thing needed repair during my stay, they had someone at my door in minutes. They even had a welcome gift waiting for me when I arrived. The beach gear rental credit was a great bonus too.

Property did not meet expectations. We could not check-in until 6pm because cleaning was running late. Decor needs updating, no Keurig coffee machine, no smart TV. We would not stay in this unit in the future. Credit for gear rental is useless and would cost more versus renting on our own.

Comfortable, Relaxing Villa Home

We had a great experience at this home! Very comfortable accommodations and very convenient to the beach! Clean and fresh with all the necessary amenities made our stay on Kiawah memorable. The lagoon that backs the property is very peaceful, especially in the early morning hours, and wildlife abounds! We really enjoyed our time at this location! The management team reached out to us (almost daily) to make sure we were happy and our needs were met. To our pleasure, everything was perfect! Nothing came up during our visit that required attention, but knowing management was close at hand was reassuring. Thank you for a lovely, and much needed relaxing vacation!

Reviewer Comments: The condo had a nice location between the beach and the pond, so we had the best of both--a close walk to the beach, and the pond to admire from the condo. The condo had cute beach themed decorations and everything you might need in the kitchen to make meals. It was clean and had a comfy/firm mattress in the main bedroom. We arrived very late at night and I had let Akers Ellis know we would be arriving late. They had left lights on inside for us! That was so welcoming! Our beach gear was already delivered, so we were ready to start our vacation first thing the next morning. There are alot of steps to get to the front door and to the second floor of the condo. I could see that being an issue for some folks, but it was fine for us. Thanks for a great time and for the quick responses when I had questions!

Lovely stay

We enjoyed our stay in this villa. The managers quickly responded to all needs and questions. The villa was nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. Beautiful view of the lagoon and peaceful deck. The beach was an easy and short walk away. The town market was a quick bike ride or walk. We love Kiawah Island and would most definitely return to this villa.

Great Spot!

We enjoyed our stay at the villa. We had a small maintenance issue but it was corrected very quickly. Cleaning could be a little better overall. The location was fantastic! On the pond with full sunshine in the afternoon. We would return here.

Quiet, Tasteful Retreat

This place was perfect for out short stay at Kiawah. It had been 40+ years since my last stay at Kiawah, and my memories of the island are not very different from my experience this week. It has grown exponentially, and yet has maintained the sense of the quiet retreat I remember. I was here in Feb, which may explain the quiet in part, but the growth has not detracted from that one bit. The tasteful sealife decor provided a feeling of calm serenity. It was not at all overdone or kitsch-y - more like being at home in a beautiful setting. The slow pace, the quiet beach, the nature and wildlife provided just the respite we needed. I'd stay here again.
