Great for the guys

Came out to rent side by sides and play golf with the guys. Perfect spot for it. Right near some good trails and the course. Grill worked great too. Would recommend.

We were very grateful for the opportunity to stay in this home. It served our large family well! We loved the space and the many beds. The backyard was fabulous along with the game room! Thank you for the attention to detail with the many towels provided along with the coffee. Overall it was clean and tidy, but could use a little love in spots to spiffy it up. We would stay here again and will recommend to any friends visiting the area. Thank you!

guys trip

great place for a guys mountain biking trip! we loved the hot tub to relax and get ready for another day on the trails. had some issues getting the logged on to the wireless internet, but once we figured that out, all worked well. we picked this for the number of available beds for a large group and this was perfect.

Nice place, Nice people

We have 11 people, 2 families, 6 adult and 5 kids, everybody was happy with this place. it's a big area and clean, owner is nice. They have lots of stuff, not only in the kitchen and bathroom. we feel like a home. It's really nice after you stay at hotel for so long. I will recommend to our friends.

Lots of room in this house. However, I wish I would have known it was attached to another dwelling. I kept hearing noises while in a bedroom and didn't realize another unit was attached. The house was big, and clutter free. The lint trap in the dryers had not been cleaned out in a very long time tho.

Large group in Moab for trail riding

This home worked great for us. There were 3 couples and 6 kids. TVs in all the main rooms and the bedrooms. Comfortable beds. Lots of room....we could have found room for more if need be. The teenagers were happy with the hot tub and the firepit. Large enough to cook and feed everyone if you wanted to do that with two separate eating areas. Great condition with lots of parking. In a quiet seluded area....so need a vehicle to get to get to restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks

Moab vacation

The size of the property was great for 10 of us! However, it was in a run down neighborhood, things weren't working, or dirty. The fridge needed a filter changed as did the hot tub. The Rec "room" is really a glorified covered porch which meant you couldn't use it once it was cold at night. The fridge in the Rec room also didn't work and smelled horrible.

Has Potential

This property has potential but needs some attention to detailed cleaning. Strange smell upon entering. Tv stands, shelves, bathroom exhaust fans, and furnace vents need cleaned badly. Stovetop knobs are touchy and several times we smelled natural gas. The setup is great and the yard with game room is a bonus. Like i said, this property has potential but needs work inside and out.

Spacious place

My family had a wonderful visit last December. The place was more than enough for my family of 6 which gave the kids plenty of space to play which was nice. The property manager was really nice. My only complaint was the cleanliness. Most of the house was fine, but I think they forgot to clean the game room. There was trash and an open half full beer can sitting on a table. The game room is kind of an outdoor room and there were leaves and dirt everywhere. Everything in that room was covered with dust/dirt and it was just kind of yucky to be in there. It made me question how clean the rest of the house actually was, but the rest of the house was surface clean but probably could use a good deep clean. We did have a lovely time and the kids have been asking to go back.

Red Rock Rambler

This picture is deceiving. Greeted with a basket of goodies for snacks. Nice touch. Clean beds. Some did not have a top sheet. No soap and only the toilet paper on the roll was there. So we had to find a store immediately. Plenty of towels in the linen closet, but no washclothes. When we started to wash clothes we found towels and wash clothes were in the dryer. Light covers were broken and not replaced. SOme bulbs burned out. Window in 2nd bedroom was cracked. Outside hottub and furniture hadn't been cleaned for a while. Dirty sponge in sink (which should have been thrown out- so we did)...did find a new one.

Room and bed setup were perfect for 3 families. Plenty of space to hang out. Functional kitchen for group. Hot tub and game room and back yard were great! I was worried hot tub wouldn’t be clean/working, but it was! Not giving five stars only because certain things were not as clean as I would have liked. With some additional cleaning and maintenance this place could be awesome. Otherwise, great place and we had a wonderful time.

Overall we enjoyed the house. It was clean and well stocked. There were a few small issues that can be easily fixed. They were dead batteries in some of the TV remotes and burnt out bulbs in the back yard. The house is spacious with comfortable beds. Will definitely consider renting it again.

Excellent Moab home - Great for Large Groups

This home is awesome. There is so much room for large groups and we were able to have a great time while we were at the house. We had 13 people in our group. We had places for everyone to sleep. We also decided to do Friendsgiving and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The game room out back was a hit. We spent most of the night out there playing darts, pool, and foosball. Great Addition. Would definitely stay in this home again.

It’s a comfortable, clean place. The patio furniture has seen better days. The jacuzzi light doesn’t work. but overall, we had a great stay! It’s close to town, but not too close that you have a lot of noise. This is our 2nd time in this house and we will be back next May.
