Fantastic Place for large groups

Had a large group in for a retirement party. The property did not disappoint. Near new townhouse with tons of room and quiet complex. The property manager Melissa was amazing! Great views of the city, quick ride to Broadway. If you have a large group…this is the place! We will stay again for sure!

Fantastic property

Trip was perfect. The two houses are practically brand new. Very well decorated and modern. Hot tubs on each roof. Host/Property Manager was very responsive from initial booking through checkout. 10 min Uber to Broadway. Would definitely visit again!

Great Roomy Property

This is a really nice place that seems very updated and modern. We booked this to have a large number of people come stay and while you could tell that many events have been held in the property it was very clean and up to date. When I say that I mean there was minor wear and tear (scuffs and marks) but overall I would go to this place again. The appliances were all top-notch and everything was well taken care of.

Perfect Nashville Lovation

Super impressive house, nice neighborhood! Melissa the host is super responsive and answered questioned within minutes! The house could use a fresh coat of paint in a few places here and there (obvious high traffic areas) but over all lovely home! Lots of stairs!!
