This house was our family home for almost 10 years. We decided to move to NC but want to keep this house as our vacation place because we love it so much! We created a backyard oasis to enjoy with our family and we hope you love it as much as we do!
Why they chose this property
We are set back in a quiet family friendly neighborhood on a golf course about 1 mile from the beach. Great place to bicycle, cart around in a golf cart- both of which are available to rent at several places around town- or walk. Huntington Beach State Park and Brookgreen Gardens are both about an 8 minute drive and wonderful places to check out the local scenery and wildlife. Kayaks and boats are available to rent at multiple places nearby, and there are plenty of places to fish!
What makes this property unique
Our home is a comfortable and family friendly place to enjoy the beach without the beach price tag. Comfortable furnishings, a large eat in kitchen, and a private landscape make this a wonderful place to get away from it all. The beach is a quick and easy drive- or you can even rent a golf cart. Enjoy spending time with your family is your own backyard oasis complete with an outdoor kitchen, saltwater pool, kids playground and spacious backyard. We even have an outdoor shower for use after a day at the beach.
