—24-hour self-parking is available directly behind the hotel in Santa Barbara City Lot 11, located at 523 Anacapa St. The first 75 minutes are free and can be used for unloading, and then $3/hour is charged after that. Space is first come, first served. This lot fills up quickly, so if no more space allows, you can proceed to the Haley Lot.

We require a credit card on file for incidentals and will request this from you before giving check-in details. A $100 authorization will be held until after checkout.

It is our policy to get a card on file to protect our property in the event of damages. The card cannot be viewed or charged by anyone unless an incidental claim needs processing. In the case of incidentals/damages, our reservations manager is the only one with access to charge your card. That individual can only see the last 4 digits of your card information.
