Gulf Crest unit 1404 is a gorgeous 2 bed/2 bath unit that overlooks Panama City Beach's beautiful white sands, clear gulf waters. This spacious condo sleeps 8 and offers some of the best views in the area.

This 1388 square-foot oceanfront unit offers an open floor plan and a large fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops. Enjoy breathtaking views from the spacious 360 square-foot balcony.

Our two bedroom accommodations include a master bedroom with a king bed, the guest bedroom has a queen bed, built in twin bunk beds and a sleeper sofa in the living area. The master bedroom has a private bathroom with double vanity, tub and shower with glass enclosure and a walk in closet. The full size guest bathroom also features a tub and shower with glass enclosure.

Amazing Stay!

Super clean grounds and condo. Family friendly feel to the whole place. Staff is super friendly and responsive. Will definitely come back. As an FYI: Listing didn't mention that parking is an extra $50ish, but the parking was convenient and they had plenty of luggage carts. Pic of the bunkbeds showed them as having a closet door which it doesn't actually. Curtains were plenty darkening, though, so our kids slept in well. Guest room gets the morning sun and could use some curtains as the blinds don't really block the light well. Regardless, this place is great!!!

Great place but beware the condo pics aren't always accurate

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Went to stay at the same room as previous summer and the pics showed the exact same flooring (partial carpet) which was a HUGE selling point during our first trip. Well, they had completely re-floored the place with wood; which I hate. Just upset that it was false advertising and I paid a ton for something I didn't like all week. Would've chosen a different place (and paid more for carpet) had I known.Also, they surprise you with a $50 parking fee on day of arrival that's not advertised... given what the place costs that's nothing but it just feels sleezy to be slapped an extra $50 for something that should have been included.

1404 Review - July 2024

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family has been staying at Gulf Crest for approximately a decade now and have never had any issues with any of the condos. Location, management and amenities are outstanding. This specific condo did let us down in a few ways. The couches are extremely outdated, meaning worn out and uncomfortable. Granted we are there to see the ocean, having young children sometimes requires a break from the sun. As well as if we were to want to watch a movie together as a family, that was not a comfortable option for us during this specific trip. The kitchenware was very used, newer would be more accommodating considering the price you pay to stay at a condo resort such as Gulf Crest, rather than appearing to be stocked by the Goodwill. Most concerning, was the unknown dried, sticky substance on the comforter in the master bedroom, giving the impression it wasn’t washed between stays. The refrigerator did not get cold for a few hours, only after we realized that it was pushed too far back against the wall. There are no “extras”, in which I know is not to be expected but rather a luxury so to speak, however I have stayed at much much better condos at Gulf Crest, in which there were extra beach toys, beach towels, hair dryer, dish sponges, etc. leaving the family to feel as if we were staying at the cheapest condo at Gulf Crest. We didn’t let any of this stop us from having a great vacation, especially being a last minute reservation. I would just suggest not having the same expectations for this specific condo compared to any of the others at Gulf Crest. We plan to continue to stay at Gulf Crest, but this room will be a no go in the future for us. The view, balcony and pool maintenance was as expected and great. The movie (Moana) in the pool was a new bonus that Gulf Crest hadn’t done during any of our prior vacations, and this went over extremely well with our little ones.
