Welcome to our 8 bedroom 8 bath Classic Colorado Log Mountain Lodge that is located just west of the Town of Estes Park.

This stunning architectural masterpiece features a symphony of glass walls and soaring interior open spaces with authentic antique accents. The 10,000 sq. ft. lodge (8,500 sq ft living space) is nestled between mammoth rock formations, towering evergreens and aspens for privacy with majestic mountain views, colorful and dense vegetation, wonderful wetlands and ponds to enjoy with abundant wildlife.

The dramatic and stunning interior features rustic log combined with traditional elegance. The main floor plan features a massive Great Room (40'x20') with a 55' LED Smart TV and Bose CineMate sound system (Netflix included), fireplace and baby grand piano ; a gourmet kitchen with an adjoining Breakfast Room with gas fireplace. The Buffet Room connects the Gourmet Kitchen with the Formal Dining Room (35'x14') featuring a 14' table to seat 18 guests comfortably - all at 1 table! The main floor also boasts a wonderful Master Bedroom (23'x14') with a luxury bathroom including a jetted tub and large shower with walk in closet. The sensational glass sunroom (24'x17')is set for ping pong and other games with a natural gas BBQ grill just outside on the small deck. This floor also has 2 half -baths and laundry facilities.

The carved staircase brings you to the second level with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and 1 office space. The house is equipped with wireless wi fi high speed internet. The 'Elk' room (2 twins or 1 king and 1 queen sofa sleeper) and the 'Green' room (2 queens) are joined with a 'Jack & Jill' bath setup. The 2nd Floor Master Bedroom comfortably features 2 queen beds with seating area and full bath with shower/tub combination and separate vanity area. The office space (not included in the 8 bedrooms) has a queen size Murphy bed.

The lower level walk-out has outside doors to each of (3) three of the four bedrooms on this level. These outside doors connect to the lower level sunroom. Two of these bedrooms each feature a king bed, full bath facility, and gas fireplace. The 3rd area is a suite with two (2) queen beds, a separate living area with full over full bunk beds and a surround sound system and 1 wood burning stove. The remaining (4th) bedroom has a King bed (no window). The full kitchen features 2 eating areas and laundry facilities. The four bedrooms each have a full bathroom with tub/shower combinations. All bedrooms in the lower-level are accessed from within the Lodge. The lower level sunroom features an 8 person hot tub, 12' shuffleboard table, sauna, and 2 pinball machines.

All bedrooms have higher-end mattresses and most bedrooms are equipped with individual TV's (cable).

Your safety is important to us - the entire home has a current Fire Sprinkler system as well as a Fire Alarm system. The easy-to-use keyless entry will make your stay more comfortably by not having to worry about keys.

We really enjoyed all the room and also the games and playground equipment. Spent quite a bit of time in the large ping pong table room on the main floor. The kitchen was amazingly well stocked with dishes, cookware, and spices. The stream that runs through the property is nice and I loved listening to it.

This was such a great spot. We were in what felt like the woods, but 5min from town. So much to do on and off property - shopping, bakeries, hikes, games. Perfect for our family reunion. And the hosts thought of everything we might need. We even got some bonus elk sightings on property. Highly recommend this place!

Our family stayed at the Fall River Mtn Lodge in July and could not have been happier. We had family from the age of 2 through 65 and there was something for everyone to enjoy. Everything was very well maintained from the foot path leading to the beautiful river to all the amenities/activities provided inside and outside you could think of. The hosts made us feel at home. Having it close to town was also a plus. Could not think of anything that we would have changed!

Terrific Property

The property has so much do and is in such a beautiful setting! Loved staying here and Bob and Carole were so helpful pre-stay and while we were there. Would absolutely recommend this for a large party (we were 15) as we all had our own room, and yet could comfortably hang out together in the living room, kitchen, and outside areas. Fantastic time!

It was everything I had hoped and more!

By far the best VRBO experience my family and I have had! Beautiful home with intricate details in architecture, furnishings, and amenities. One of the best surprises was that the home was filled with every amenity you could think of, not just the ones that were listed. Absolutely awesome experience!

I would give this property and the owners 10 stars if I could! The house was immaculate and exquisite in every way. There was never any reason to leave the property. The views were breathtaking. The owners were extremely accommodating. There was plenty of room indoors and out. And the firepit was a huge success. The town was only 1 mile away, yet the location was quiet and peaceful. Every inch of the house was like walking through a museum. Carole and Bob were fantastic. 3> Loved every minute of it!!!!!

Work Team Retreat

The house was very big and nicely spread out. There were several areas with two queen beds, e.g. some folks will need to share a room depending on numbers, though with 18 folks in attendance everyone was able to have their own bed. The two game rooms provided a lot of entertainment and made it such that we did not even feel we needed to leave the house. We did take a health walk downtown and it was easily manageable with a nice wide sidewalk all the way down.

Beyond our expectations

Bob and Carole are excellent hosts and made our stay perfect. The photos of this property do not do it justice. It is lovely inside and out with gorgeous 360 degree views of trees, river and rock formations. It is a big property and we marveled how comfortable (the beds were excellent!), clean, and well-appointed it is. We loved the outside spaces (two fire pits, and multiple places to sit and talk while listening to the birds and gently flowing river.) The young folks loved the pool, hot tub, and PS5. We saw elk, deer, and a bobcat (from afar). The well-equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, and the dining spaces gave us lots of room for eating and other activities. I could rave on, but suffice it to say we were impressed, and felt very blessed to have spent some time at this awesome home. Thank you Bob and Carole!

Best vacation house I’ve ever experienced!

This house has everything! It’s elegant and functional. The decor is so unique with amazing antiques and beautiful artwork. I discovered new beautiful things everyday. It was almost like walking through an art or historical museum. It also functions so well with 2 separate full kitchens equipped with everything you might need (including crockpots), several rooms with en-suite bathrooms, plenty of parking and soooo many amenities. We enjoyed the pool, playground, badminton/volleyball court, bikes and scooters, hot tub, sauna, shuffleboard, juke box, ping pong, piano, chess board table, foosball, the river, fire pit, and a shed full of equipment for so many other activities. The location is perfect. Very near downtown Estes Park and very close to the entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park. The town is wonderful with the Big Thompson River running along the shops. And the Park is one of my favorite places in the world with all the beautiful scenery and wildlife. The house is also very close to the town grocery store. Last, but not least, the house is perfectly placed among towering boulders and huge, beautiful pines and aspens with the Fall River rushing through the backyard. It is just breathtakingly beautiful! This is our 2nd time visiting and I hope to stay again in the future! Thanks so much Bob and Carole for creating such an amazing place for a memorable family reunion!

We loved staying at the Lodge on Fall River. It was the perfect place for our group with comfortable living spaces, well equipped kitchens, lovely outdoor spaces with a beautiful view of the river. We enjoyed all the wildlife including elk, deer, rabbits, turkeys and bears! It was perfectly located just minutes from downtown and the RMNP. We loved it so much we have already booked it again. This was the third time staying at the Fall River Lodge for our annual family vacation, you will find no better place that offers all the accommodations and amenities that the hosts Bob and Carole have arranged for their guests. Amazing place for family

This was the best VRBO we’ve ever stayed at. We had our whole family in for a wedding and there was no shortage of things to do. We spent most of our time at the property in the pool, playing shuffleboard, ping pong, even mini golf! The house had plenty of space for everyone to have their own room. The river right behind is beautiful. And it’s in the perfect place close to town.

Amazing house and view!

This house is huge! It was exceptionally clean, and the view of the rushing creek and wooded acres was incredible. The house was fully stocked with all the amenities you would need, plenty of towels and high quality kitchenware. There’s even an ice machine! Outside had multiple seating areas to enjoy nature and the occasional elks that would appear in the yard. Inside we played ping pong, foos ball, shuffle board, pinball, stocked board games, and an antique juke box. The hot tub was fantastic. The house is charming with unique and antique decor. We had great communication with the homeowner all throughout the rental process. The host was so sweet and available if needed. Our group included 12 adults and three children ages 1 to 4. We had plenty of room and privacy with three floors of accommodations. Thank you for sharing your dream home with us! We are heading back to Louisiana with many amazing memories!

Best VRBO we’ve ever rented!

This place has everything you could ask for and way more. Every detail was taken into consideration. It was exceptionally clean (even the hot tub was in perfect condition). The space is well designed and super comfortable for large groups with many gathering spots, but also a lot of cozy spaces for privacy. The beds were very comfortable. The kids and adults loved the games and outdoor spaces. And best of all- the place is full of beautiful and interesting antiques and artwork. Don’t hesitate- book now! Honestly, it’s the best vacation rental we’ve ever stayed at!
