Sunriver Custom Home 5 bedrooms!
Family home now available to rent. Close to bike paths in Sunriver, the Deschutes River, Sunriver golf courses and the city of Bend (15 minutes north). 10 minute walk to the North store and Fort Rock Park.
The home is at the edge of Sunriver on the East boundary. There are train tracks behind the house and the train comes by a few times a day typically, and may at night as well.
Nice great room area and outdoor seating. A variety of bicycles are in the garage. Hot tub is maintained regularly. New Central heat and AC installed 12/24.
Guest access via combination door lock self check in.
Whole house except locked owners closets.
Other things to note:
You will also be responsible for applicable taxes added on which total 9.8% which covers Deschutes County Transient Room Tax (8%) DCCA #001528, and 1.8% State of Oregon Transient Room Tax (1.8%). Cleaning fee is $300.
It will be itemized and added onto your bill as well as the cleaning charge (which is $300).
We do not have SHARC guest passes. They are available to purchase at SHARC. Rather than add to the cost of the nightly house rental fee we have left this up to the renters.

Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please cover the BBQ if used and make sure that the gas line is off to the BBQ (perpendicular to the gas line). Thanks!

I am a retired Physical Therapist from Sacramento. This is our shared family house with lots of great memories that we are happy to share. We love the outdoors, live music, and getting together with family and friends.
Why they chose this property
The private setting with no homes behind was a big draw for us. This was previously a families year round home and much of the custom work is consistent with this.
What makes this property unique
Our back yard is very private with a train track that has infrequent/variable use, typically 2-3 times per 24 hours. The forest is just beyond the tracks.
