Located inside Arrowhead lake community that offers a vast number of amenities including 3 swimming pools, 4 beaches with boat docks, 2 lakes that offer boating and kayak, Tennis, Basketball, Pool hall, movie theaters and much much more...
The space
Guests have the entire place to themselves.

***PLEASE NOTE! THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL FEE PAID TO THE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION THAT IS NOT PART OF THE BOOKING. THIS FEE WILL BE CHARGED AFTER BOOKING AS PART OF USING THE COMMUNITY AMENITIES.

ARROWHEAD LAKE IS A PRIVATE, GATED COMMUNITY MANAGED BY HOA. IN ADDITION TO YOUR RESERVATION FEES THROUGH rental company AND MUST PAY 3 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL:

1. Temporary Membership: $6 per night per person age 6 & UP
2. Vehicle Gate/Access Card: $20 Per Vehicle
3. Administration Fee $35 one-time fee

The total amount depending on how many people and vehicles. We will gather that info from you after booking. Thank you!
