This beautiful two bedroom, two bath condo is located on the main channel at the 19 mile marker and by land just off Highway 54 in the heart of Osage Beach.

This unit has been updated with new TV's including a 42" flat screen in the Living Room along with a new sectional couch, lamps and other decor. The spacious Master Bedroom has a king bed, private bath, Smart TV with Cable, walk-in closet and screened deck access. Guest Bedroom featuring a king bed, Smart TV and an adjacent bathroom.

Other features include a full Kitchen with seating for four at the breakfast bar, a separate dining area that seats four, wood floors (entry & kitchen), full sized washer & dryer and a screened deck that allows seating for eight.

Conveniently located close to all the attractions, golf, shopping (including the 110 store outlet mall) and award winning fine dining. A 10 x 24 covered slip is included with this unit.

Great Space, Awesome View, Very Comfortable

The property was very comfortable and had all the essentials you would need for a weekend or longer. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The screened deck was our favorite part, spent most evenings overlooking the water while playing cards or having a nice drink. The location was excellent as well, very short distances to restaurants and nearby shopping. Would highly recommend this condo for a lovely getaway,I would return!

Lake of the Ozarks Condo

We were extremely pleased with this condo. Location was close to all the places we wanted to visit, great view overlooking the lake and close to the bridge. Unit was fully stocked of everything you would need. By far the best stocked place we have stayed before. Owners had it very well organized and clean. We will definitely try to stay here again next time we come to this location.

Ozarks Weekend

As always we enjoyed our stay in the Ozarks. The condo was beautiful with alot of thought put in for comfort. Loved the deck and the furniture etc on the deck. Beds were very comfortable! Kitchen had everything we needed. Great place and will stay there again if possible!

First trip to the Ozarks

We had a great week in the Ozarks! The property was very clean and quiet. We were fairly close to everything we needed. It was a plus to be able to dock our boat and have a pool on site. We were unaware that we couldn't keep our trailer there but the property manager allowed us to keep it behind their offices which was extremely helpful. We would definitely stay again!

Nice Weekend Getaway

Overall, a nice weekend. Pros: The condo was as described, nicely decorated and well equipped. It is a little dated, but well maintained. The location is great.....close to shopping and restaurants. Nice screened-in porch overlooking the lake. Cons: Mattresses on both beds need to be REPLACED!!! Bathrooms could be updated.

Awesome view

Met some owners at the pool and all very nice. Like the complex and absolutely loved the screened in large deck with the ceiling fans that kept it comfortable. Would stay here again.

2nd time we have stayed in this unit. Good combination of location and livability. Obviously this is an older condo complex so we don't expect new style and furnishings. Overall it's a very good value, and we will likely stay here again next year.

Great condo in a great location!

This condo had everything we needed for a fantastic girls weekend! Excellent view of the lake with a screened in porch, necessary utensils in the kitchen, and enough room for the 5 of us. Excellent vacation!
