Comfortable Homey Stay

Tom’s home was comfortable and it felt like home. It was clean and well maintained. We were in town for a south side funeral and the home is in an extremely convenient location to the Catholic cemeteries. We will definitely stay there the next time we are visiting the south side of Chicago.

Amazing place to stay, great for the price!

Came down to Chicago yesterday for a concert and stayed at Tom's place for the night! Place felt just like home! Super clean, additional info for the place was listed on a white board, and the best part is that there is a little dive bar right next store! That was a hidden gem to cap off the night! Highly recommend for anyone interested in staying! I will be back again!

I would highly recommend this home. 3 bedroom/2 full baths.It has a huge fenced in backyard if you’re bringing a dog.The landlord lives close by and always responds to any questions or concerns very quickly.We arrived during a hurricane with over 500,000 homes without power.The owner made sure we had power by hooking up a large generator for us within minutes of our arrival.The home is in a quiet safe neighborhood on a cul de sac so there was very little traffic.The location is great with shopping and restaurants close by.If you like thin crust pizza there is a great restaurant 2 doors away. Leave you car at home and walk 1 minute for great food.It is close to 294.I definitely would rent from this landlord if I come back to Chicago again.We rented for 26 days.
