Great stay!

Clean, spacious, had everything we needed, very friendly staff, brought extra towels very quickly. Great location, close to parks, quiet. No complaints at all. Would definitely stay here again.

Reservation canceled on arrival

We were notified when we attempted to check in that the reservation we had made thru VBRO 3 weeks before our arrival was canceled because the property was overbooked and we were never informed. We were sent to another property nearby but we will never use a booking service like VBRO ever again. We will book directly with the property from now on.

Universal Studios in July

This is actually not the best time to travel to Orlando if our week of weather was any indication. But the resort was careful about keeping us safe and getting us out of bad weather but also giving us the "all clear " to return to fun around the resort. The midday thunderstorms made theme park and waterpark trips a worry, but being able to have fun at the resort made it worthwhile. We put the youngest in the jacuzzi on the rainiest day so it was a win! The employees were all so enjoyable but Mike in upgrades made a big impression on the family as he worked to get us the best pricing for everything and explaining nuances of the parks, car rentals, and even just things around Orlando. Our family travels often. This has been one of our most relaxing and entertaining experiences. We would come back anytime we visit this city.

Desde que haces el check in puedes ver todo limpio, organizado pero sobre todo la atención al cliente en el front desk es impecable. Todos atento antes, durante y después de nuestra estancia allí. Las habitaciones son cómodas, amplías y super limpias. Los baños espaciosos. La cocina está equipada con lo necesario y lo más importante la lavadora y secadora a dentro del apartamento 😍. Sin duda alguna volveremos otra vez.
