Casale Santa Maria is a beautiful country house in Umbria, transformed into a villa 15 years ago by a famous English mime and choreographer; this ancient 15th-century monastic structure still retains the original icon cross on the roof.

Built on a hill, this extraordinary villa is surrounded by 1.5 hectares of private garden and lawns. The property features a stunning swimming pool (13x6m) with salt water with breathtaking views of the Umbrian hills, surrounded by lawns and olive trees. A private parking area at the property entrance can accommodate up to 10 cars.

The garden also hosts a tree house built by the current owners for their grandchildren, a small soccer field, and a pleasant barbecue area. The villa is nearly 500 square meters and can accommodate up to 14 people on two floors.

The vintage-style kitchen is fully equipped with a handmade stone sink, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, oven, stovetop, coffee machine, popcorn maker, artisanal meat grinder, and all the necessary utensils for cooking and dining. It is also connected to the outside through a large door/window.
