PLEASE NOTE that outdoor pools and hot tubs remain under renovation with continued delays due to rainfall in Branson. At this time, all outdoor pools and hot tubs are estimated to be closed until Jul. 31, 2021. Additionally noise, dust, odors, and work crew onsite, may be experienced. There is definitely plenty of room to move around in the spacious Two-Bedroom Condos. Enjoy accommodations for 8 guests, while taking advantage of exceptional in-room amenities. Prepare an unforgettable, yet affordable family meal in the fully equipped kitchen. Get a little rest in one of the two oversized private bedrooms, or enjoy a late night of family fun in the separate living area and private balcony.

Worst Vacation Ever

Communication was terrible. Then we get there after a 8 hour drive to be told they had overbooked the resort. Therefore we had to find another place. We had a 9 & 5 year old that was looking forward to the game room etc that the place we chose had. We ended up having to stay downtown, the pool was across the street about a block away from the hotel. They were supposed to call me back to offer a compensation to which they never did. Not only was it after & that evening getting a hotel it was just a bad experience. U will never book thru this place again. When we got to where we sign it etc at the original place, we had 3 other couples have the same issue before us. Our hotel was nice we got, but it was as not a child hotel by any means. Our boys were very disappointed as were we. Very unprofessional

Stay in branson

The place was beautiful. But our reservation was changed due to over booking. Then we couldn’t check in for two and a half hours . No compensation for either. Tables were dirty in the place. We needed some help with the way it was billed on our card and was given the run around still not settled

Worst VRBO Experience EVER. DO NOT RESERVE THIS PROPERTY

THIS PROPERTY SEEMS TO BE A BAIT AND SWITCH SCAM. We reserved and paid for a nonsmoking 2 bedroom condo at Wyndham. The condo we reserved had 2 full size beds, and a king bed. We had 5 adults in our group and needed 3 beds. According to Vacay Home Connect, we reserved this specific unit. When we arrived at Wyndham, we spent about 2 hours trying to get checked in. Wyndham told us numerous different stories. First, they said we had no reservation, even though I had a confirmation, I had paid in full, and I had the email on how to check in. Then they said I cancelled the reservation 2 days earlier. Again I had corresponded with them on the same day as my check in and received my check in email earlier on this same day. Then they said the owners management company cancelled our reservation. So we called Vacay Home Connect and had them on speaker phone with the Wyndham manager. Vacay Home Connect had no record of any cancellation and showed our reservation active and paid in full. So then Wyndham moved us to a neighboring property, Fall Creek Resort. Upon check in there, we were charged additional fees, even though we were already paid in full. When we checked in they only had a condo with 2 beds and sofa pull out bed. THIS IS NOT WHAT WE PAID FOR. When we got to the unit, the place was Very Old and VERY Dirty. It strongly Smelled like Marijuana, had a broken door latch so the back door remained OPEN during the ENTIRE stay, the pull out sofa mattress was stained, both of the bathrooms had mold and mildew, the guest bathroom had damage to the wall, the master bathrooms shower curtain rod was barely connected to the wall and the wall was damaged. We were afraid to even touch the shower curtain as it looked like the rod would completely pull out of the wall. When we pulled out the sofa bed, it had a dead bug folded up in the mattress along with food in it. The mattress was FILTHY and stained. This was an expensive rental and not the unit or even the resort posted in this listing! I have pictures of everything but the VRBO review did not allow me to post them. When we again asked the Wyndham managers about our reservation we got another story... We were told Wyndham Corporate cancelled our reservation and rented our condo to someone else. The funny thing is, after we returned home we got emails from Wyndham asking how our stay at Wyndham was. All of this makes no sense to us. I have asked for a refund but have not received anything. DO NOT RENT THIS UNIT

Verify Pool is available prior to booking

We booked this condo at Wyndham Mountain Vista through a company called VacayHome Connect WVR. We chose this one due to the advertised pool, which our room would overlook and be a perfect set up since we had 4 kids in our group ages 10-14. After booking and just prior to our trip we got texts from Wyndham saying pool "may" be closed upon arrival, but they would provide alternative pool options. Upon arrival we learned that our other option was to drive 25 minutes across Branson to the RecPlex Waterpark. Nice place, but was only open 12:15-6 and closed on Mondays! I expressed concerns at check in and asked for other compensation, but they said we had to go through VacayHome. I sent message to VacayHome, but they never responded. With that said the condo was very clean and remodeled nicely. There is no place to grill, which was unfortunate, but we should have verified that before. The only issue with the actual room is the thin ceilings/floors. We could hear every footstep and move from the room above us so wasn't much fun when the toddler above us kept deciding to wake up at about 1am every night and run around throwing a tantrum. Just felt others should be aware of these issues and ask questions before booking here.

Bottom unit was very loud - people above us were very noisy all night!

Would not rent a bottom unit again due to noise and would have liked to be informed that no working outdoor pools on site.

Pools are closed and ill maintained

Check in was slow and confusing. Pools were drained and nasty looking. The indoor pool was open but not heated. The water was near hypothermic temp. The place is not just a hotel but a timeshare. So timeshare unfortunate clients are.comstantly touring around the property. The walls are paper thin so we heard everything from our neighbors and kids. Little rest. Hard pass on returning.

Nice facility

Just frustrating because we got no info on where to check-in. I sent a message around 1:00pm trying to get info and never got a response. Better communication would have been nice. Property was great, zero issues once we found the check in desk (3 stops later).

Great location. It was close enough to all of the attractions but far enough away that it wasn’t overly busy. Nice pools and friendly and helpful staff at check-in
