The beds / pillows are at their end. Not the most comfortable sleeps. Also, the resort staff was rude one night and did not explain the parking very well. We had an incident at 5 am with them calling a tow service on one of the vehicles ww were allowed to have in the resort. If you update this home it would be a beautiful stay for sure. I do appreciate the experience!

Thank you for taking the time to review our home, Luis. We will definitely review the condition of the pillows, however, the beds are relatively new, so it appears that this was a matter of personal taste. For future stays, definitely contact the host so that we can take care of any issues like this. I am sorry that you ran into a problem with the parking restrictions. All vehicles must be parked on the parking pad for the home. Any vehicles parked fully or partially on the street would be towed. There are signs throughout the resort advising of this restriction.

Family trip to Disney/Universal

We enjoyed staying at this property during our trip. It was a good distance from the theme parks and close to many stores and restaurants. The resort/pool area was very nice.

Old home not clean

Wifi and contact with the owner was good. But the house really needs an update. And it was not clean! No lights in the house, floor was broken needs new flooring. Resort was great.

Want to start by saying Angie was so helpful beyond just the rental! Great service!! The rental was clean and overall very nice, loved the layout of the place and the kitchen was well stocked with plenty of everything. We had a short stay so only got to use the pool area one night, but my Grandkids loved it! Nice place would stay again!!

The Levangie’s

The house was perfect to accommodate 8 of us. 3 full bathrooms and a power room was great to have with the number of people we had. The heated pool was fantastic for the kids and they enjoyed the play area. All of the appliances worked well. Would return again if in this area.

Overall good experience. A few things that needs attention; coffee pot did not work properly, towels and washcloths need upgrading, and bathrooms need hand towels.

Apartment had lots of space. Pool was fun. Biggest beef is that they didn't stock bathrooms with soap or have extra garbage bags or toilet paper and such.

While we do provide 1+ rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom and a small supply of garbage bags, it is only s starter supply, so guests who stay longer will need to purchase some items

Thank you for reviewing our home, Yachira. I am sorry that you did not find our home up to your standard. I would note that our inspectors were in this home just before your arrival and the cleaners were vacuuming while they were there. The inspector put in bathroom tissue and the bathroom garbage was empty. It is not clear what you mean by the sheets smelling weird, however, they were washed just prior to your arrival. The AC was not working to full efficiency when you arrived, however, we had the Ac company out with 4 hours after you noted your concerns to us. Further, we received an additional complaint from you later and found the home with windows open and no fans running, which we had told you would create a problem with the AC. We found the AC operating and blowing cold air.

Needs to be updated. Ant and roach issue. Emailed property management about it and they said they would send someone out to exterminate. Didn’t help while we were there. Stove partial worked. We ended up leaving a day early. Was a nice area. Close to Disney parks. Nice pool and staff were very nice.

Overall nice townhouse

When we arrived the front desk had input our days incorrectly and had to fix that before we could enter. Only reason they fixed it was due to me having email confirmation of dates. The townhouse is in a nice location and decent itself. Cleaning crew needs to do more thorough job. There were hairs in the master bathroom, dust in every room and on ceiling fans, and silverware and dishes had to be washed by us due to old food being on them. Trash and dirt were also under furniture in bedrooms. I messaged property manager and a worker just said they would let her know with no more responses. Overall great place just not well cleaned!

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay with us. I apologize for the issues noted in your review. We did come and replace the stained bed sheet when you contacted us and also put out traps for the cockroaches and contacted Regal Palms to have their pest control company come out and treat the home again. It is treated on a regularly scheduled basis, however, there can always be issues with bugs in Florida, so we are happy to treat the homes again when there is a problem. After your departure, we did a through cleaning of the home including under the furniture where you advised in your note to me that there was dust.

The property was run down and need some upkeep to it. The cleaners didn’t clean real well, the property management did compensate for the cleaner not doing their job

Extra payment when you arrive

First of all when you get there you have to pay almost $20 per day for the management property. The upstairs bathroom has a leak, after taking a shower start leaking to the first floor on the living room. Showers were clogged The house wasn't really clean when I get there. The neighborhood is good there is a publix very close to that area.

We note in all of our communication with all guests that there is a resort fee and it is included in our listing information, I am not sure how you missed this and were surprised upon your arrival. There is not actually a leak in the upstairs bathroom, however, when guests allow the floor to be flooded in that bathroom as you did, it does leak through to the ceiling on the main floor. We did not hear from you during your stay about the cleaning or the clogged drains, we certainly would have been happy to come out to verify and correct any concerns that you had

Great Resort

We recently just stayed here for 7 nights. Last year we stayed here also, just at a different condo. The resort is wonderful for families. The pools are nicely heated. The pool area has lots to do to keep everyone happy. Beware the poolside bar and arcade are pricey, but a nice extra! Location is great. The Publix is within walking distance and a added bonus for all your needs. This partial Condo was just okay. It is too far of a walk to the pool so we had to drive every time. Last year our condo was within walking distance. This condo needs a good deep cleaning, pillows are very flat and old, mattresses are new and very nice! The owner was very accommodating and responsive. All in all we do love Regal Palms and would recommend to all families because of the great price and location.
