Famous for its natural scenic beauty, historical towns, and 150 lakes, the Poconos in Pennsylvania has something for every adventurous soul. And this resort has plenty of on-site activities to fuel your vacation fun. Join a friendly game of volleyball or mini golf, then unwind in the swimming pool or hot tub.

This spacious two bedroom deluxe villa is approx. 1,100 square feet. The sleeping arrangements of this room fit a maximum number of six guests, with a master bedroom with a queen bed and a guest bedroom with two double beds. The separate living area includes a queen sleeper sofa, a small kitchen, and a dining area. The kitchen adds affordability and convenience, allowing for delicious meals to be made from the comfort of the suite. Some of the convenient comforts of this space are a flat screen television to record your favorite shows or sports, and an iPod docking station to play your favorite tunes. The villa also has a private patio.

No elevators are available at this resort, and because of its mountainous setting, all suites have exterior and interior stairs.
Front desk hours: 7 a.m. – 11 p.m.
Owners planning on arriving at the resort outside of front desk hours should contact the resort to make alternative check-in arrangements prior to arrival.
At least one guest checking in must be 21 years of age or older.
There are several villages within the resort, each with different suite styles and slightly different amenity offerings — these villages are Crestview, Depuy, Fairway Village, Ridge Top, River Village I and River Village II.
Parking is limited, and the resort is not able to accommodate the storage of boats, RVs, and trailers.
Pool and hot tub hours are 7 a.m.-10 p.m. Outdoor pool is seasonal, open Labor Day through Memorial Day. Children who are not fully potty trained must wear swim diapers. There are no lifeguards on duty. Please refer to the posted pool sign for more information.
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available for up to four devices. Suite amenities may vary by association.
At this time, all wood-burning fireplaces are not operational. Modifications are required and will be made during the next scheduled suite remodel.
