This home is a located on a peaceful wooded lot halfway between Waldport and Yachats, just a short walk from the beautiful sandy beach via the trail from the edge of the shady yard. Activities close to home include beachcombing, strolling to nearby state parks, and storm watching (in the winter). Yachats proper is about four miles south with seafood bistros, coffee houses, and quaint shops. Laid-back Waldport is five miles north and known for fishing, crabbing, and kayaking.

Great location, and house was clean and had most things we needed. Hot tub wasn’t getting hot and we tried multiple times to get someone out to fix it, which sucks because that was the main reason we booked this house.

Nice Home

Home was clean and nice area. Only thing we didn’t really like was online pictures showed a fireplace. It wasn’t listed as a home amenity but was obvious in photos. Checking in there was a sign to please not use fireplace. Needed front and porch door mats for all pine needles. Beach access was close but could be difficult for some due to climb down. We were happy with our stay.

Hot tub was difficult to get into. Stairs to tub were wobbly and unable to climb into and over.

Lovely and clean home that was comfortable. Was not secluded, had many homes surrounding it. Path to the beach was obstructed with large rocks, so could not reach the beach for the home. We were very surprised at the added charges which made the cost of each night expensive.
