Beautiful and large house with amazing outdoor amenities.

The outdoor amenities are truly the highlight of this house. We had a great stay and our concierge Pablo was wonderful. Please note that when you book, you will be contacted by cabovillas.com and asked to sign a separate contract and pay a cash deposit.

Lovely villa, as described!

I would genuinely say that the quality of the property surpassed the pictures/description. Do be aware that if you stay here, you’re renting from a full company (this isn’t necessarily a bad thing at all, just something we weren’t anticipating). One consequence of this is that they do want you to go through the concierge or their services to get different things eg grocery deliveries and so forth; this is probably the most expensive/most marked-up way of doing things. For some, it’s worth it to pay for the convenience, and I respect that- it’s just not what we were looking for. There were a few hiccups in communication with the contact person before the vacation started, but we did get it ironed out and the company made things right. Ivan, the concierge, was great. The property feels very safe and comfortable. At least at present (May ‘23) there is construction happening that makes getting to the beach very difficult (to the point of accidentally trespassing on neighboring land)- so if you’re set on visiting the beach, I’d suggest ensuring access before you book. Thanks to the Cabo Villas team for making it a pleasant stay!

Wonderful stay but wish I would have read the reviews

We are a family that loves to travel. Things about the Villa that we liked: Fluffy towels, good cookware, plenty of places to gather for a meal, a pool and hot tub to relax in and an outdoor kitchen if you want to BBQ. The Fresko la comer supermarket directly across the highway from the gated entrance into the community was really convenient. Be careful if you Bluetooth your media device to the sound system, it plays throughout the whole house and outside (something we found out on night one when we were playing cards and security knocked on the door and asked us to turn the music down-oops). Things we weren’t so fond of: the homes are very close together, built into a hillside and have multi levels and lots of stairs. The walk to the beach isn’t a short one and there is no parking close so walk you must. It looks like the community is working on a walkway where the street ends and the sand begins down to the beach which would make it easier, but it’s very steep and sandy.
