About this property

Large 5 bedroom home in the center of Akron, with 2 full bathrooms. You will have complete and private access to this large inner city Akron home. Close to everything Akron and minutes off of Interstate 76 and Route 8.

20 min to Akron Canton Airport,
less than 10 min to all major Akron Hospitals
and Close to the Towpath, Summit Lake Trail Head.

5 Large Bedrooms with a king bed, and queen beds respectively. 2 Large sitting rooms with sectional sofas. Sleeps over 10 people. We do charge extra for guests over 6 people for the additional laundry and cleaning.

Busy inner city Akron, diverse and open community, if you don't enjoy being inner city, this property is probably not ideal for your group. While the neighborhood is eclectic and diverse, it requires you to also understand and accept this diversity.

Car, bike, trike, uber or lyft. Not the most walkable location, although some may disagree.
No unregistered guests (fee per guest after a certain amount, we are strict on this), pets are allowed if they are registered (there is an additional fee), no parties or events without a $300 deposit on file at time of registration. No smoking.
