Disappointed

We were very disappointed in the cleanliness of the condo. The tile floor grout was black from years of dirt, baseboards needed painting, caulking or replacement. A lot of rust on metal like door knobs, screws, freezer rack, toilet area. AC return had dirt on grill. Patio area wasn't cleaned, table dirty, cigarette butts on floor, chalk drawings on floor. Found sand in some dresser drawers. Recliner had rips. Pool area was Ok but nobody monitoring people playing loud music (above 85 decibel's). Online photos made place look newer than it actually is. I should have researched better to see that property has been there since 1965. There was no golf cart access to beach on property even though online photo made it look that way.
