This beautiful Kiawah Island vacation rental offers 6 bedrooms, golf and lagoon views, and a private pool. The home is just across the street from the beach access path and is about a 3-minute walk from the beach.

The lovely dining room offers a large table with seating for 8 and 3 stools at the kitchen bar. The fully equipped, gourmet kitchen showcases custom cabinetry, granite countertops, rustic center island, and breakfast area with a table and seating for 4. The light-filled living room features a sofa and cozy chairs, relaxing window seat overlooking the deck and pool, and a large wall-mounted TV.

The spacious first-floor primary suite boasts a king bed, sitting area, TV, and a large bathroom with double sinks, shower, and soaking tub. Upstairs, you will find 5 additional bedrooms. To the right is the first parent-child suite: the first room features a queen bed and a TV; the second room has two twin beds; the bedrooms share a bathroom with shower. Towards the back of the home is a queen bedroom with a TV, a balcony overlooking the deck and pool, and a private sink vanity for the shared Jack-and-Jill bathroom with tub/shower combo. To the left is the second parent-child suite: the first room features a queen bed, a TV, and a private sink vanity for the shared Jack-and-Jill bathroom with tub/shower combo; the second room has 2 twin beds and its own bathroom with shower.

The screened porch offers a dining table and 6 chairs as well as access to the back deck. The home’s large yet private deck and swimming pool are surrounded by trees and sunshine. The pool is approximately 24ft x 13ft. The deck features a gas grill as well as multiple lounge and Adirondack chairs. Both the screened porch and deck offer golf course and lagoon views.

The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet. This home offers online streaming services and does not have cable TV.

The dimensions of the pool are approximately 23' x 12'. The pool cannot be heated and is covered from Fall until Spring.
