Apartment reformed in high standard by architect, all floor and coating in porcelanato and new furniture.
Kitchen and bathroom with new granite countertops with double finish.
The bedroom is furnished with double box bed, new air conditioning and spring mattress.
In the living room has 32 "LG LED TV, SPLIT air conditioning, and a sofa bed that sleeps 2 people.
We also have an extra mattress and the whole sleeps 5 people.
Located on high floor, privileged view of the sea and the city, with plenty of natural light and ventilation. Mold free apartment !!!!
It has a protection net in all the windows.
The curtains are black out.
Comfortable dining table with rectangular glass top and chair for 4 people.
Laundry with hanging clothesline, tank and washing machine new Eletrolux 8kg.
In kitchen with cabinets, utensils, refrigerator, coffee maker, stove, water filter and microwave.
It has Air Conditioning SPLIT in the room and another Air Conditioning in the room.
As the rules of the condominium, has accommodation for 4 people.

Excelente apartamento as fotos relatam a realidade, e é bem melhor, só atravessar a rua está na praia!!! Perto de tudo, como Big mercado, shopping, centrão, garagem para camionete!! Muito seguro com câmeras por tudo 3 elevadores, tem local para lavar as cadeiras de praia e tirar areia antes de subir para o apartamento, muito organizado! E a proprietária muito querida sempre atenciosa responde rápido as mensagens, nos ajudou muito com várias coisas, como locais turísticos, locais para almoço, janta frutos do mar com valores muito atrativos, no começo tive medo de contratar pois não conhecemos que está do outro lado, mas podem confiar nessa pessoa incrível muito honesta e 100% confiável,!!! Tudo aconteceu como combinado e melhor que o esperado!!!se você quer um local seguro confortável camas muito boas, chuveiro ducha excelente, com tudo que você precisa para passar suas férias, não procure mais, o local e esse!!! Apartamento excelente, com móveis novos, bem limpo e arejado, pega o sol da manhã. Possui mercados, padarias, farmácias, lanchonetes e restaurantes todos bem próximos. Acesso fácil à praia e em boa localização, bem frequentado. Os funcionários do condomínio são bem atenciosos e prestativos. A negociação com a proprietária foi rápida, sempre solícita às dúvidas. Não tive nenhum problema durante a estadia.

Apartamento perfeito!!! Atendeu todas as necessidades da minha família. O imóvel tem tudo o que precisávamos para relaxar e curtir as férias com tranquilidade e diversão. Cozinha bem equipada, apartamento arejado e limpo.Nos sentimos em casa. Perto do comércio, farmácia, padarias e mercados, não precisamos tirar o carro da garagem pra nada. A Carla é muito atenciosa e nos atendeu com muita cordialidade e rapidez. Recomendo!
