Why they chose this property

Surrounded by both farmland and woodlands, the location of this home feels like country living without losing the convenience of being close to town. As an avid gardener, this is what drew me to the land that the Robbins Ranch is on. The greenspace provides quiet surroundings, and an abundance of wildlife to enjoy from the front porch, as well as a large yard to play in with the family.

What makes this property unique

The Robbins Ranch features an open floor plan with natural light in every room. Exposed natural wood draws in the surrounding areas and greenery, while maintaining a modern look to the home.
