The living area beckons with generous seating, a cutting-edge Smart TV, a cozy gas fireplace, and a direct access to the oceanfront deck where you can savor the salty ocean breeze. The oceanfront balcony extends an invitation to all guests, offering access to a spectacular outdoor kitchen, a bubbling hot tub, a private pool, and a screened-in porch – the epitome of coastal luxury.

The expansive kitchen is a dream come true for culinary adventurers, providing ample space to whip up delectable meals with your vacation companions. On the second level, the primary bedroom offers a king-sized bedroom, a Smart TV, oceanfront balcony access, separate walk-in closets, and an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 also offers a king-sized bed, a Smart TV, an ensuite bathroom, and direct balcony access. On the third level, each of the three bedrooms offers a king-sized bed, a Smart TV, and ensuite bathrooms.

On the ground level, you'll find a game room featuring a poker table, two video games and a pinball machine, as well as an updated full bathroom. Additionally, there is a bonus room on the third level with a sleeper sofa, a wet bar, and direct balcony access with ocean views!

Outdoors, there is a gas grill, a pickleball court and a bocce ball court. Parking is available at the home to park 5 vehicles, Plus, there is an electric car charging station. Guests can choose to add optional pool heat for an additional cost of $35 per day (not available in January or February).
