About this property

Four Palms Unit A, 500ft to Beach, Walk 2 Casinos!

Welcome to Four Palms Biloxi! Located half a block from the beach, walking distance to most Biloxi attractions and just a short drive to downtown Ocean Springs. A well-appointed 1250 square foot vacation rental unit with sleeping accommodations for up to 6. The first floor has a full kitchen, dining room, living room and ½ bathroom. The living room has a sofa with a queen size memory foam pull-out bed. The second floor includes the primary bedroom with a king size bed and full bathroom, the secondary bedroom with a queen size bed and full bathroom, and a full-size laundry. There are balconies off the living room and primary bedroom that have great views of the beach and surrounding area.
Smart TVs are located in each bedroom and the living room. Guests have access to free Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped including pots, pans, blender and coffee maker. There is a full-sized refrigerator and freezer with an ice-maker and filtered water dispenser. This structure is elevated and has an entertainment area and covered parking beneath it.
Centrally located with easy access to both downtown Biloxi and Ocean Springs making it easy to plan your visit. Nearby attractions (many within walking distance) include the beach, 6 casinos, 30+ restaurants in Biloxi, 20+ restaurants in Ocean Springs, museums, community centers, theaters, ball park, shopping, family fun parks/resorts, charter fishing, city tours and much more!
Easy access to I-110!
NEED ADDITIONAL SPACE: We have three additional identical units (total of four) at this same location. Please contact us if you would like to rent the entire complex for a special occasion.
NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features 16 exterior security cameras that capture all exterior areas of the property. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion.

Wonderful property! Spacious living/kitchen area. Balconies on both levels. 2 very nice bedrooms upstairs /2 full baths. Laundry closet/plenty of linens. Huge, old tree beside property if you want to sit outside and a nice picnic table in the lower level. Thank you 4 Psalms.

Michael and Donna Moak conceptualized this property and put this project into motion, then offered David and Sandi Hilton a partnership with them to join the ride and help bring it to reality. Michael is an incredibly talented carpenter who has been creating magnificent custom cabinetry, trim and furniture for over 30 years. In addition to this he is a builder and has built some beautiful custom homes (some award winning!) in the Jackson area all the way down to the Gulf Coast. Donna has worked in real estate for over 25 years and a broker for the past 18 years but her talents do not end there. She is instrumental in keeping the day to day administrative operations going for multiple businesses and isn't afraid to pitch in with some physical labor on the job site when time allows. David is a 27 year Navy veteran who served both below and above the water. Following the Navy he has worked the past 12 years as an IT professional but he is also an avid DIY'er having been involved in multiple smaller construction projects and embraced this opportunity to participate in this project and learn a lot more from Michael and Donna about the industry. Sandi is an accomplished residential real estate appraiser that has been certified for over 13 years and has also had her realtors license for over 7 years. On top of this she has returned to being a licensed insurance agent for the past 4 years (a profession she pursued earlier in life) but with all that she is not shy about working on a project either, especially if she gets to use some power tools!

All four partners are Gulf Coast residents, with three being Mississippi natives, that have poured their hearts and souls into this project and given it a lot of hands-on attention. Hopefully you will enjoy your stay at the property!
