Dirty sheets and mattress and no window in one of the bedrooms

The overall complex was very nice, but the apartment we stayed was terrible. I would come back to the complex, but not to that apartment.

Dear Rafael, We apologize for the inconvenience. The units in this building don't have windows in second bedroom, just in the master bedroom and living room. We will comunicate with housekeeper in regards to the bed liner and sheets, they clean most of the apartments at the premises and its something we have never had an issue with before. We apologize again for your unpleasant experience. If you would reach out to us with the issue we would address this matter right away, as we have a housekeeper on premises. Nice, quiet and peaceful condo close to the ocean.

Condo with beautiful view, clean and well managed for security. Close to Puerto Plata city by community taxi about 15 minutes away for grocery and different areas to visit. I would recommend it for people looking for peaceful vacation.

This is very safe is a gated community inside a gated resort area just 20 minutes from the international airport, it has a shopping center inside the gated area (Puerto Plata Mall) Here you can find bars, restaurants, movie cinema, convenience stores, clothing stores, banks etc. Anything you cant find you just need to call the office and they will ask for to be deliver to you.
