This privileged location gives you direct access to the beach, where you can enjoy stunning views and water activities. It is also located on Bustillo Avenue, and proximity to the center of Bariloche.

Our house has a comfortable and cozy bedroom equipped with a double bed, perfect for couples looking for a romantic getaway. The large living room has a beautiful wall-to-wall fireplace, creating a warm and cozy space. For its part, the integrated kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, offering the convenience and freedom to cook to your liking during your stay. During the period of the Fire Emergency in Río Negro, it is prohibited to light fires outdoors in forest areas, mountains, trails, riverbanks, lakes and streams, as well as in public spaces or natural areas
