Level 1:

Bedroom 1:
The primary bedroom with En Suite can be found on the main floor of the home, with a Queen size bed, and a flat-screen TV with Amazon Fire Stick. The private En Suite has a Shower/Tub combo.

Kitchen:
The Kitchen features updated countertops, a peninsula with seating for two and plenty of storage.

Living:
A wood stove brings the warmth and ambiance to this classic Sunriver living room. Sit back and watch your favorite shows on the TV with Amazon Firestick.

Dining:
The Dining area is flooded iwth wonderful natural light. The table seats 6 and has easy access to the deck with BBQ for summer grilling.

Deck:
The open deck features an in-laid Hot Tub and a classic Central Oregon Ponderosa pine growing right through, granting shade.

Level 2:
The rest of the bedrooms are located upstairs.

Bedroom 2:
The first bedroom upstairs houses a Queen size bed and a flat-screen TV with Amazon Fire Stick. The bedroom has a sliding glass door that connects to the deck.

Bedroom 3:
The second bedroom upstairs houses a standard Bunk bed and a Twin size bed. With a flat-screen TV with Amazon Fire Stick.

Garage:
The garage has parking space for 1 vehicle.

Recreation Plus (SHARC) Passes: This home includes 8 Recreation Plus Passes which Include access to SHARC pool, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Boat Launch, Disc Golf, and Winter Sledding Hill.

Perfect location for access to outdoor activities

The house was great and there were no unpleasant surprises. The location is perfectly situated between the north trails and bridge to the Bend area trails, river walks, Benham falls, Lava River Cave, etc... As a mountain biker, I was able to ride a different loop every day without having to drive anywhere. I can't wait to come back.

Bike rides and more bike rides!

This was a great house. Check and check out we’re both easy. Bike trails were right outside the door. Kinda of a long ride for us to go to the village so we had to drive a few places. Overall great experience!

Summer Getaway

This was a beautiful and clean home. Loved the location away from the village for privacy. The home was more than sufficient for me and my spouse and 3 kids. Will stay here again in the future if available.

End of summer get away

We decided to headed to SunRiver for an end of summer get a away, to celebrate the kids birthdays. We had a wonderful time. The house was cozy and clean. Located not far from all the activities we had planned. We had no issues with our reservations and definitely plan to return this winter.

Great family house

We loved our stay at Tokatee 1. It was the perfect setting for our young family of 5. It was very clean and the kitchen was the best appointed kitchen we’ve ever had at a vacation rental. The checkin and checkout process was simple and well managed. Plenty of firewood for the cold nights watching movies and the hot tub was a huge added bonus. We will definitely consider staying at this house again if it’s available!

Great home, cleaning needs a bit of attention

The property, location, and home are fantastic. Beds were comfortable and AC worked great! Upon check in there were some cleaning issues but the management team got right on it and took care of them. The bike photo is still not accurate in the listing. The 4 bikes at the home are old but workable. We ended up renting better bikes, so maybe figure that into your cost if you’re considering this home.

Great people watching on the bike trails!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: At first, I was worried that traffic on West Cascade Drive would be an issue. We had stayed at a house on East Cascade and that was the case. It turns out that the house is near the edge of the Sunriver complex and so there aren't that many people that need to drive by. It was also fun watching people on the bike trail that goes right by the house. I would recommend a moveable sun umbrella for the deck as it is west facing.

Classic Sunriver rental

1 Tokatee is an excellent rental value in a great resort. A nice home with dated but comfortable decor at a good price. The hot tub is great, although not private, with no fence or screening despite being 15 yards from the bike path. But we generally loved the convenience of having the bike path running directly behind the house. As the house is near the north end of resort, the bike path traffic isn't heavy, and we loved the easy access to River Loop and SunLava trails. The house is comfortable and had all basic amenities. The classic, single-speed cruiser bikes would've been fun, if we hadn't brought our own bikes. The A/C was a real perk in August. The kitchen was relatively well-stocked, and we only wanted for a couple of items all week. Overall a great visit in a good value home.

House was not very clean

House was not cleaned well, we found a used towel hanging from a towel rack in the upstairs bathroom and the carpet was not well vacuumed, we found food on the floor that was obviously not ours(we didn’t bring pistachios) Odd layout of furniture that does not fit the house very well ( bunkhouse room way to small for the furniture in it, closet blocked by bed), tv on hearth makes it so you can’t see tv from any space except the living.

TV Bummer

Nice place, super cozy. Liked it overall except a few items. Disappointed that we were unable to connect to our own streaming accounts. There was no remote to the actual television and basic cable. The dvd/vcr player didn’t connect to the television. It was frustrating when you’re on vacation, have been active during the day, and just want to watch one of your shows or even rent a movie at night. Also, the hot tub was not very warm. I know I sound like a Karen, but I don’t get a lot of time off and was disappointed. I have three young kids and my husband and I have no life basically except Netflix.

Decent Economy Sunriver Home

Pros - Air Conditioning - Easy Check in with property manager - 8 SHARC passes Cons - Cleanliness lacked. We got there and the kitchen floor was sticky in multiple places. - Home is obviously dated and owner seems to just provide enough to get by. - 2 rolls of toilet paper provided for a group of 5 people staying all week? - 8 bicycles were advertised and also in the pictures. When we got there, there were only 4 bicylcles (also so old and in not great condition - bordering on unrideable. - Not the owners fault but VERY loud neighbors. Across the street from the main living room windows there are two different neighbors that really take the relaxement out of the place. One guy had spotlight out the lit up the house we were staying in while he worked on his bicycles. During the day, all we heard were chainsaws and 2 people racing around on dirtbikes on the roads (coming from this house). Overall, you get what you pay for I guess. The house was functional and I'd consider staying for a "cheap stay". For a relaxing vacation, I'd probably pay a bit more and look at another property.

Perfect for a girl’s weekend!

This home worked out perfectly for 5 mom’s on a no-husband, no-kid trip. It’s a bit older, with older appliances and kitchen supplies. And the location is somewhat deep into the Sunriver community. But there was great sleeping options, ample pillows and blankets, a nice big dining table, the hot tub was fantastic, lot of towels… Thanks for the rental!

Good, but a little odd!

We overall really liked our stay in this home. For the price it was an excellent location, large and roomy, and good amenities. That said, there were a few oddities about this home. I’ll try to list them all accurately below: First, the carpet in the bathroom. We weren’t the biggest fan of the carpet outside the shower. That said, that’s not the easiest thing to change, so we can’t hold that too much against them. Second, the bedsheets were too small. We slept in the master on the queen bed. The fitted sheets seemed to be for a double sized bed and were squeezed extremely tight to fit. Third and finally, there were several lights on the exterior of the house that were burned out. Also, the light in the upstairs kids room seemed to be burned out as well. Despite the criticism, we did really enjoy this house. We loved the quiet neighborhood and the size of it.

Good rental

It was an awesome location. Everyone was very helpful and nice when I asked for help or had questions. A lot of items are so old that they would qualify as vintage! We did have a bike break down, they are old Schwinns. If you want to do more than a leisurely bike ride, you should bring your own.

Great location and light and bright

Wonderfully communicative property managers and great location with easy walk or bike to the river and bike trails which we loved! Lots of Windows and a comfortable space for our family. Just a few recommendations-- A few of the cooking utensils had not been washed, the upstairs bunkbed is quite rickety and a broken ladder rungade it a bit dangerous for my son to get up and down, and it would have been nice to have just a small amount of shampoo, conditioner and body lotion supplied vs just the small bars of soap. Other than that, we very much enjoyed the hot tub and sunny deck! Thank you

Perfect for our needs

This is a sturdy home loaded with kitchen utensils, glasses & plates for family entertaining. It had plenty of seating for our group of five. Most of the time we just hung out on the back deck and watched the bicyclists cruise by. On more than one occasion the deer walked through the back yard. One poster didn’t like the full time neighbors who have motorcycles. We were here a full week in late July and the neighbors weren’t loud or obnoxious with their bikes at all. Had they used their bright shop light we would have just closed the living room shades. AC worked great but many nights We just opted for opening the screened windows to let the cool desert night air in. Hot tub was lovely to soak in to watch the stars overhead. Beds were comfortable. Bring your own TP for extended stays. We would not hesitate to stay here again. A couple suggestions: For the downstairs bedroom, get a taller TV stand. It’s so low it’s hard to see when reclining. I got some puzzle boxes out if the closet to stack them up but it wasn’t the most sturdy stack. Update the bicycle picture. The bikes are 60’s vintage Schwinns. Having bikes available was one of the main draws for us choosing this location. Because of the frame size, they were unusable for a number of people in our party so we had to rent some from the village. To the management company’s credit, when I mentioned it upon leaving, they said; had I called they would have come out to try and adjust the seat height. As it is, I prefer the mountain bike style for the Benham Falls trail. Bring your own helmets too. The ones for the house are very rudimentary.

The property was great. Lots of wildlife in the area. It was quiet, but close to the village. The only downside would be that the beds were quite firm. Otherwise it was a great stay!!

Nice floor plan but needs a few things updated.

We loved the floor plan and communication overall. My kids were really excited to ride bikes. Three bikes are circa 1969s. Gears won’t change, squeak and/or have very uncomfortable seats. There is one bike suitable for a tween. None for younger. My 10 year old struggled to get on the small bike and my 12 year old could barely handle the adult bikes. Since it’s a family rental with how many it sleeps, updated bikes and a range of sizes would make this much better. Kids loved hot tub but I had to really search for towels. They got left in the dryer. Pillows are VERY flat and many stained and gross as I stripped beds. There are extra pillows but no pillow cases to go with them. I had to go to Fred Meyer to buy a pillow as I couldn’t stand it after the first night. Lots of great kitchen items to use which was very nice. Cleaner of some kind for counters and table would be good. I didn’t go buy any but felt gross not using it after four nights. Bbq didn’t get super hot so we opted for meals to cook in main kitchen. It was very nice to have washer and dryer to use and the SHaRC passes are great. It not walking distance to sharc or village so keep that in mind. Easy to find though. Although not updated, it’s a nice house and like i said we really liked the open floor plan and bunk beds in one upstairs room.
