Beautiful home on wooded half acre lot minutes from Sunriver Resort across the Deschutes River. A short drive to Cascade Lakes, Mt Bachelor and the city of Bend.
We are across the river in the Three Rivers area approx 3 miles from Sunriver.

We offer our home for families to enjoy Sunriver and Central Oregon at an affordable price. Our home is well equipped with the feel of home for your vacation. I am happy to answer any questions you have before booking. Please send questions through the "message the host" feature.

This beautiful, 4 bedroom, 2 bath home provides luxury & comfort at a very affordable price compared to other 4 bedroom homes! Great for smaller groups too! Sleeps 6 adults max plus kids.

Avoid the crowds while enjoying the amenities of the resort area next door. We have single day use passes to the SHARC waterpark, if interested please ask for details. While they last we have passes available for $15 each instead of $30 at the door.

Located on a private fenced half acre lot, just 5 minutes outside the entrance to the Sunriver Resort Community and only 20 minutes to skiing on Mt. Bachelor, this home is ideal for your dream vacation.

The home is decorated in a luxury western theme and comes complete with all of the conveniences of a modern home including flat screen tvs, hot tub, wifi and new air conditioning!


Summer rate $329-389 per night, 7th night free plus tax and fees.

Fall special (excludes holidays) Oct-Nov 15 Three nights @ $199 each, 1 more free, (becomes $149 per night) plus cleaning fee and tax. Thanksgiving $289 per night.
Winter Ski Special, Dec 1-17 $289 per night plus cleaning fee and tax.
Holiday Season 12/17-12/26 $429/nt , Dec 27-Jan 2 $419 per night. Great ski location!

The house was very clean, quiet and private on our own half acre and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the split floor plan, cozy fireplace and hot tub that was clean and hot on arrival. The kitchen was extremely well appointed and the laundry room was convenient and stocked. There were bikes for use too and a roomy triple garage. Our host was very communicative and helpful. I can’t imagine anything being better for our family and highly recommend! We will be back!

We stayed here to be close to our family who live nearby for Thanksgiving. The house was perfect for us and our son, daughter-in-law, and grandson. I'm always a little concerned about the kitchen in rentals and how well they will be stocked but I was pleasantly surprised and had everything I needed to prep serveral dishes for Thanksgiving dinner. The house is priced appropriately and while not fancy it was perfect for our stay. The host was easy to communicate with and we'd definitely recommend to others.

More than I expected!

This home was PERFECT for me, my wife and our two children! The layout of the home and amenities were exactly what we needed for a comfortable stay after a long day of being out and about in Sunriver.The best part of our trip was our AMAZING host, Melanie! Melanie was 5 steps ahead when it came to communicating with us before, during and after we checked out of her property.I would highly recommend this place for anyone! I will definitely be looking to book this place again when I return to Sunriver with my family!

The house was beautifully decorated and very well kept up. We had plenty of room for all of us. Our one disappointment was only receiving Sharc passes for one day. Our stay was two full days. We ended up paying for our passes on the 2nd day.Melanie was fantastic about responding to our questions/requests. We had a wonderful experience!

Nice house outside of Sunriver and p

House was spacious with open layout, clean, nice A/C, hot tub and big garages for cars. Communication was quick and responsive. Neighborhood was quiet and rural with plenty of parking in front. We thought based on the map in the listing that it was in Sunriver so only thing would be the circled area in the map needs to be more accurate and updated to reflect truly where the house is. Roads and house driveway are gravel and dusty for about 3 miles until you get into Sunriver bike paths and you have to ride on main roads to get to Sunriver bike paths. If you have younger kids who want to bike a lot this might not be the best fit for some families. Also sharc passes were only for 1 day of our stay for our group. So listing should be updated to let people know how many day passes that will be provided for how many day(s) instead of saying sharc passes included as that seems like it’s unlimited and it’s not.

Perfect setup

Perfect set up for three families with adult children. The house had everything we needed. We enjoyed the hot tub, as well as just spending time on the deck. It was a quick drive to Sunriver but just far enough away to escape the business that weekends bring to the resort. Melanie is very communicative and easy to work with. Will definitely stay here again in the future!

The house was spacious and clean. Great movie selection and homeowners went out of their way to purchase new controls for the PlayStation. We were sad to go but hope to return next year

Absolutely Wonderful

I cannot rave about this property more! I originally picked it as it fit our needs, and Vrbo for some odd reason showed that it was near Ace in Sunriver. Once I received the address, I realized it was actually outside Sunriver. I was slightly apprehensive, however, it completely worked out!! The neighborhood is extremely quiet & they provided so many bikes!! In fact, if you are a mountain biker, there is a trail right near by! We were able to bike to Sunriver no problem. We were only on the main hwy for less than 3 minutes and the speed limit is 25mph so no big deal. They have a tire pump for the bikes and helmets. So many DVDs to choose from!! We also enjoyed the SHARC passes! I have been to other places where I needed to purchase things like dish soap, toilet paper, etc. not here! They provided it all and I am extremely grateful!

Great stay

We loved our stay here! The house was roomy, clean and comfortable.Our kids loved the bunk bed room that they stayed in and playing on the back deck during the cool mornings. We even got to see some deer eating out back, which was an exciting experience for us Texans. We found the beds to be comfortable and enjoyed that they had games and puzzles to entertain us while we were "home". They also had a nice movie collection available! We would definitely recommend staying here.

House has everything you need, is a nice layout and is very clean! Great communication with the owner. Melanie is wonderful and helpful. Our kids loved the jacuzzi and got a kick out of watching a movie on a VHS tape :) We loved how peaceful and quiet it was, saw lots of deer. The A/C was a nice bonus, it was super hot in August! We loved the SHARC passes too. There are a lot of bikes to use, but it was too tricky for us to ride them in the area (with young kiddos and some of the roads are gravel). If you plan on biking to Sunriver, I would suggest loading the bikes into your car and driving to Sunriver for safety.

Why they chose this property

We love the beautiful sunny days in Sunriver and the great ski days at Mt Bachelor.
Fishing, hiking, biking, kayaking, visits to Bend and the Cascade Lakes are some of our favorite things. Being just outside of Sunriver Resort area allows us the use and fun of the resort attractions but the quiet of our restful mountain home away from the resort's frenzy.
