Resort townhome close to Disney!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This is a 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom town home that has recently been redecorated to give it a more modern vibe. Free WIFI is provided throughout the house and off-street parking is available for one large car or two smaller cars. The home is close to the Pool/Spa/Restaurant. The resort also offers volleyball court, full gym, ice cream shop.

The space
There is one master suite, located on the second floor. It has a king bed, flat screen TV, closet, an en-suite bathroom with bath/shower, basin and WC. It also has patio doors to the upstairs balcony. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed, a closet, as well as a flat-screen tv. Bedroom 3 has a full bed with a pair of twin bunk beds as well as a closet. There is a family bathroom with bath/shower, basin and WC.

The main living area is open plan and features a dining table with seating for 6, a comfortable seating area with a couch, large flat screen TV, cable television and patio doors to a small patio area. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, double sink with disposal unit, and a large fridge/freezer. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer on the second floor for guest convenience.

Other things to note
A daily resort fee in the amount of $22.50 per day plus tax applies to all reservations. The resort fee is paid locally at Regal Palms front desk check-in and not included in your reservation total. The resort fee includes the whole family. It is not per person.
