We arrived at night but the gentleman at the security gate was extremely helpful and Roberto's communication was thorough. The views from the pictures of the condo were accurate. My kids and I were pleased with our stay.

The check in process was easy. The security guard had our information and allowed our driver to gain access to pick us up each day. The apartment was clean and exactly as described. Interactions with Robert were wonderful and he was very responsive. When I come back in a couple of years, I will try and get this apartment again. I loved that we all had our own rooms and bathrooms. The washer/dryer came in very handy.
