Enjoyed our stay

The beds were very comfortable, we had everything we needed. The area is quiet. Has a nice pool, and area to walk around in back yard.

The property overlooked the bay, so we got to go fishing off their pier and had an amazingview from the living room. The house in general was extremely clean and comfortable. The beach cart had tons of supplies for a beach day with the kids. The grounds are beautiful.

Just what we were looking for

The location was close to the convention center and it was easy to get to all the things on okaloosa island and to Destin. The property was just as pictured and the pool was great! The unit did smell musty when we first arrived but we used the humidifier and emptied the water frequently and it definitely helped! We would visit again!

Communication was good, property as described. As stated in previous reviews does have humidity issue, a dehumidifier was provided which did help.

Overall good stay. Very accurate to photos. The air is very moldy smelling though. I’m sensitive to mold and had issues breathing to sleep. Be super careful if opening any windows. They just fall very very hard!!! Like it would break or cut off small fingers when it falls. Unfortunately one of my children had their phone there and when it fell back down it broke the phone in half.

While staying on the water, it is recommended to have all doors and windows closed at all times to keep the humidity level down within the inside of the property.
