House was clean, bathroom and kitchen was well stocked with pretty much anything you'd need. The backyard was clean and secure for my dogs they even found a toy to play with during our stay! If we ever find ourselves visiting Oklahoma City again we would absolutely stay again!
It was cozy, clean, comfortable and cost effective for our family. The only thing my daughters and wife had an issue with was there was no full length body mirror. There is a mirror in the bathroom and the 2 nightstand had a mirror top. They accommodate with it but it would have been nice to have a full length mirror. Everything else was nice, comfortable and we would rent it again if we needed to.
The property is just as shown in the pictures. Centrally located and easy to get to the downtown area in a fair amount of time.

This property upon arrival was not cleaned there was rice on the counters in the kitchen. There was dirt in the beds from I’m assuming socks or shoes and one room had such a big ant infestation the wall was moving. I contacted the management company They relayed the message to a property manager or something. the person they had call me was terribly rude. Then I got a call from Im assuming the owner and she was wonderful she moved us to another house a little bit away that was much nicer. The house still wasn’t as clean as I would prefer if I’m going to stay in. There were bugs on floor hair in beds leading me to think they weren’t washed. But the house was in working order and it did work for the days we were there. I did appreciate them being able to find us another house. I do recommend they get new cleaners or physically check properties before guests check in to be sure it is cleaned properly. They also requested that we not strip the beds when we leave, but as I said, before, it looked to me that the linens were not washed, so I did take it upon myself to strip the beds and the pillows and started a load of laundry before I left.
Wow, not even sure where to begin. 1st the communication was terrible. Honestly there was none, I tried asking for a few days prior to checking in about extending the stay. Zero response and if there was a response it was an automated message. I did get a “I’m checking on it” at 10:00am the day before checkout and never heard anything. At 5:00pm I decided to just book another day and incur all the extra fees as it was a new booking instead of just an additional day to the original booking. Fast forward to checkout time and still nothing from this property manager as a The house is promoted as pet friendly but the yard was not conducive for my small dog. The backyard was overgrown with nothing but weeds - taller than my dog so I had to take her on walks which was not ideal as I did not feel safe as a woman walking at night in the neighborhood. End of March I would expect the grass to have been cut and weeds treated. But nope -And the amount of bugs this attracted. You open the back door to the yard and nothing but bugs fly in. So let’s just say sleeping at night knowing there are flies and bugs all around was not ideal. The welcome email said to enjoy using things like salt, oil, etc so I didn’t bring any. There was NO salt, oil or etc at all in the house. Keep looking, I could get by with the house being as is but the zero communication when you reach out to the manager is not OK zero service mindset.

Thank you for your feedback. I’ve personally reviewed our communication history, and I want to address your concerns directly and transparently.
First, regarding the yard and pest concerns — we did respond promptly to your message and let you know we would contact the mowing service. Unfortunately, your visit occurred during a period of significant rainfall, which delayed mowing. We certainly apologize if that impacted your experience. Still, I find it important to note that despite your dissatisfaction, you did request to extend your stay — and ultimately, you did. That decision alone suggests that the overall experience wasn’t entirely negative.
As for the salt and pepper, we didn’t receive a message about that during your stay. We’re always happy to drop off missing essentials when notified. Our properties often include leftover basics from previous guests, but occasionally items are used up and not replenished until we're made aware — which is where guest communication plays a role.
On the topic of communication, we aim to respond quickly and clearly. I’m sorry you felt there was a lapse. We did respond to your inquiry about extending, and while it may not have met your expectations, your comment that “there was none” is simply not accurate.

We're disappointed to receive a one-star review with no accompanying feedback, especially given the actual interactions we had with this guest. After the first night of her stay, she sent us a message asking to extend her booking, which typically indicates a positive experience.
On the morning of check-out, she informed us she would be staying, despite us letting her know we could not accommodate an extension due to another guest's reservation. She did not check out on time and was not there when our cleaners arrived shortly after, at check out.
This review appears to be retaliatory, as she had previously booked a second night and only left negative feedback after being told we could not extend her stay. We always strive to provide clear communication and quality service, and we welcome constructive feedback—but this review does not align with the facts or reflect the guest’s initial experience.
