Apartamento acochegante

Gostei muito do apartamento,limpo bem arejado, móveis bem conservados, sofás macios, meu ponto negativo é que não tinha wi-fi, piscina não nos avisaram que podíamos usar, e não tinha sinuca na sala de jogos. Ah gostei da simpatia da Jaqueline e esposo.

Imóvel sujo e mal cuidado

Imóvel sujo, chão não vê um pano há tempos. Nos lhe é cobrado um Taxa de Limpeza que claramente não é revertida no mesmo. Não se tem contato de fato com o Proprietário que só responde pelo próprio site. Ao chegar no imóvel fomos surpreendidos com a informação de que Veraneios não podem utilizar a Piscina apenas proprietários, um absurdo isso, e quando indaguei a Proprietaria fiquei sem resposta, até agora. Vaga de garagem horrorosa. Não vale o valor cobrado e não vale recomendar.
