NEW APARTMENT FACING ASTURIAS BEACH.
New apartment, newly placed for lease, foot in the sand of Asturias beach with 3 bedrooms (1 suite), 2 bathrooms, living room, 2 balconies, kitchen and laundry area. Ceiling fan in the 3 bedrooms and living room, fit. airy, with porcelain tile floors. Garage (inside the condominium) for 2 cars and 24 hour concierge. The apt overlooks the beaches of Asturias and Pitangueiras and is close to Tombo beach. We do not rent to youth groups, only to families and we do not accept animals. No smoking inside the apartment.

Estadia Perfeita!
Apto como indicado nas fotos/anúncio, limpeza impecável, tudo funcionando perfeitamente, localização excelente, prédio familiar, próximo de tudo... só tira o carro da garagem se quiser visitar outras praias/pontos turísticos. Reinaldo é um anfitrião acima da média, prestativo antes, durante e depois da estadia.
Recomendo o apto e a praia para quem quer passar excelentes dias com sua família, com certeza retornarei a Astúrias e se possível no mesmo apto.

Ótimo apartamento para família
Imóvel impecável em todos os sentidos: ótima localização de frente a praia de Astúrias no Guarujá, limpeza impecável que fez com que nos sentíssemos em casa literalmente. Bem arejado por ser no 10 andar e com uma vista maravilhosa para a praia. Quartos espaçosos e com camas bem confortáveis. O proprietário se mostrou muito atencioso durante toda nossa estadia. Além de tudo, fica próximo à feira de artesanato de Astúrias e tem padarias , hortifruti, farmácias, sorveteria e ótimos restaurantes bem próximos. Praia a noite bem iluminada e com total segurança. Indicaria para amigos e voltaria para esse apartamento com certeza. Muito obrigado novamente Reinaldo pelos excelentes dias que passamos aí no seu ótimo apartamento.
