New Listing! Our beautiful three bedroom home has a warm southern exposure on the canal! It is a 2000 sq. ft. home featuring a heated private pool and 900 sq. ft. deck area with comfortable seating for 6 around a fire table and a TV. It includes 4 lounge chairs and a picnic table eating space. This area is fully enclosed by a lanai which overlooks the canal where you can see an occasional manatee or dolphin. While relaxing on the dock with a good book or trying your hand at fishing, there is always some fun activities to enjoy.
We are a 20 minute bike ride or 10 minute drive to South Beach or Tigertail Beach and many waterfront restaurants.
Our home has an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, two living rooms and two bathrooms. One in the primary suite and one conveniently located with access to the patio.
Marco Island is a slower paced community that has it all; a variety of nature-based activities, stunning beaches, waterfront restaurants and pro-designed golf courses.
Marco boasts some of the best shelling in Florida on its over six miles of beaches including Tigertail and south beach and 24 miles of canals. It is the largest island of the 10,000 islands. The famous Keewaydin is only a short boat ride from Rose Marina.

Why they chose this property
We chose Marco Island because of the slower pace, less traffic and wonderful people. We chose this home because of its wonderful southern exposure and quiet neighborhood. We have sunshine on the patio all day!
What makes this property unique
Our home is located on the quieter side "East Side" of Marco Island. Away from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to ride a bike or drive for a nice day at the beach or enjoy a waterside restaurant.
