House is on side of of mountain under a famous monastery, and is close to Tribhuvan University for students there. Constructed in 2023, everything is brand new still. Country capital, Kathmandu is only a few miles away, as are several famous Buddhist temples. Property is outside Ring Road, but is near to that beltway.
