About this property

High end apartment with chic design located in San Jose’s trendiest neighborhood.
We are an expat family living on both coasts of CR and have outfitted this apartment to be our home away from home in San Jose, and make it available to visitors when we are in either Guanacaste or the Caribbean coast. While most of URBN Escalante’s apartments are set up as full-time vacation rentals, we have made this place a super cool and cozy second home, and you are sure to feel welcome and comfortable here.
The space
The apartment has all of the amenities you need for a nourishing stay in the city, and is the ideal base for exploring the neighborhood of Barrio Escalante with a park and dozens of independent restaurants, cafes, shops, and a high end supermarket just steps away, as well as walkable to San Jose’s downtown museums and parks.
