Perfect for visiting couples or friends, this scenic mountain and lake-view home boasts two separate entrances. A true adventurer's hideaway, Lake Pend Oreille is walkable from home, while the Idaho Panhandle National Forests and Farragut State Park are all nearby. Coeur d'Alene, Sandpoint, and Schweitzer are all within 40 miles, making it easy to extend your PNW exploration. Schweitzer Mountain is a similar distance away and is sure to please skiing and snowboarding enthusiasts. Back home, continue to enjoy the weather while firing up the home's gas grill. Evenings are best spent conversing around the fireplace on the deck.

Inside, the magnificent views flood in through the many windows. The living room's comfortable sofa and smart TV lend themselves to peaceful movie viewings and reading sessions (guests may not use the wood stove). The adjacent fully equipped kitchen presents stainless steel appliances and a center island workstation. Convenient amenities include a private washer/dryer, central air-conditioning, and an EV charger for electric vehicle owners.

Things to Know
There are two separate entrances for this home and the lower level with twin beds cannot be accessed from inside the main entrance.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
