Things to Note:
This apartment is located above a 2 car garage. You may hear the garage door opening/closing from time to time but never at odd hours.
The property is located behind the owners' main house; however, you will have complete privacy.

Parking:
Free street parking is readily available and it is usually very easy to find a spot nearby. However, if you do experience difficulty finding a nearby spot, feel free to park in the parking lot directly in front of the main house which is also free.

Pets:
Pets are welcome, but only certain small non shedding breeds. Please ask permission before bringing your pet. There is an additional fee of $75 for pets.

Interaction with Guests:
I am available 24/7 by message through the app, call, text, or email!

Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be:
1. 22 years old for out of town guests
2. 25 years old for local guests

No smoking, parties
Check-in 3 PM, check-out 11 AM ($50/hr late fee)
$200 penalty for parties or extra guests
Two person maximum
