Lake Front Property - Blue Heron Beach Resort

Blue Heron Beach Resort is located at the Downtown Disney entrance in Lake Buena Vista! It combines the comforts of a vacation retreat with the amenities of a world class resort, including availability of water sports on the lake. Concierge and shuttle services are available.

Our unit is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom fully furnished condo is spacious, professionally decorated throughout with ceiling fans in living room and bedrooms. Master bedroom includes a king size bed, LCD / DVD player, music system, master bath with Whirlpool tub, and balcony facing Disney! 2nd bedroom features 2 twin beds, TV, lots of natural light and entrance to second bathroom. A set of bunk beds is located outside the master bedroom, and with the queen-size sofa sleeper in the living room. Full kitchen includes beautiful granite counter top, side-by-side refrigerator, oven/range microwave, double sinks, dishwasher and portable music player. Additional features of the suite include very bright natural light with a bay window next to the dining area, full-sized washer / dryer, high speed internet and free Wi-Fi at the pool.

Our unit is very unique with TWO balconies – Master Bedroom balcony facing Downtown Disney, you can enjoy Epcot/Magic Kingdom Fireworks at night, and Living Room balcony overlooking the private 400 acre Lake Bryan! This unit provides spectacular views !!

Blue Heron Beach Resort less than one mile to the entrance to Walt Disney World and is located near all major area attractions. SeaWorld Orlando is just 3 miles from the resort and Universal Orlando is only about 7 miles away. The Orlando Convention Center can be reached within a 10 minute drive and numerous restaurants and other area attractions.

Really appreciative of the owner allowing us to check in early. Apartment was spacious and the views were great , comfy beds and great location. Pool area was good also with plenty of beds , next to the mall was really convenient.

We really enjoyed our stay! The pool area was very nice with the lake right there to look at too. We were not disappointed with our stay. If you are there for the Disney, Universal, shopping or relaxing, this is the place! We will definitely stay here again.

Apartment had everything you could need. It was clean with spare bedding and plenty of towels. The location is great for visiting all the places you could possibly need to go and the views were something else. Sunrise, sunset, fireworks, rocket launches. Great Stay

15th floor 2 balconies Sunrise over Lake Bryan - Sunset and Fireworks over Disney. This condo has a nice layout if you are staying as a family. Close to all parks, restaurants attractions, shopping and groceries. Blue Heron has added 2 gas bbqs and the kitchen is well stocked if you stay in to cook after lounging around the pool. The host Lynn is quick to answer any questions you may have. We would stay here again.

The Perfect Spot

The location of the property is perfect. It’s close to everything. The main balcony has the perfect view of the bay. The size of the property was even more impressive. It was very spacious, yet secluded. Lynn gave perfect instructions before check in so the entire process was a breeze. Overall this would my go to property to book when going to Orlando.

Amazing clean condo

From the moment we walked in the condo was inviting. Neutral tones, very clean, everything one will need to cook, pleny of towels. I had a slight issue with the coffee maker and contacted owner, she had a new delivered following day. Pool area is great! If we are in the area again, we will definitely book with Lynn.

Wonderful site

This property was easily the cleanest we have ever stayed in!! Top to bottom immaculate!! The location was terrific! We are Disney people and had quick and easy access to the parks. We were able to watch the Epcot fireworks from our balcony- with the added background music from my phone. This was sooo cool!! Local shops and dining make this an ideal location. We will happily return whenever we can. Gratitude and best wishes to the owner!!!

Please book your stay here. You will not be disappointed. Excellent location and so close to Disney. Being high rise, the views were stunning. The beautiful lake Bryan to the rear of the property and tremendous views of Disney Springs and beyond made this such a special stay. We used the heated pool every morning and the grounds were well kept. Our host had excellent communication and a wonderfully clean and spacious condo. We wouldn't hesitate to book with Lynn again and will indeed be recommending her accommodation to our friends and family travelling to Orlando.We cannot recommend this property or our host Lynn enough !! Come and see for yourself !!

Perfect For Our Family

We were in town to watch our daughter's college softball games. We chose this rental because it was central to all of her games. The added perks were the proximity to the parks. We only visited Epcot and Disney Springs, but all of the parks including Universal and SeaWorld were a short drive. At night we were able to see the fireworks from Magic Kingdom and Epcot. The lake view in the back was incredibly beautiful. We would definitely stay here again.

Blue Heron stay

Great place to stay if you're planning on going to the parks. The shuttle that they offer only runs once a day so you're best option is to take an Uber. There's a Starbucks right outside the resort parkin lot and a really cool miniature golf coarse! The pool, hot tub and the tiki bar are a great way to unwind after a long day of walking and exploring. Make sure to say hi to Terrie the owner of the tiki bar, she's super friendly. We actually met her when we were checking in on the elevator. The condo has pretty much everything you would need to stay there and cook meals. It was clean and comfortable. Lynn is a great host and responds very quickly if you need anything.
