Entire space is included in this rental except for locked closets. Please, make yourself at home.



The Neighborhood:

Honestly, you’re right at the intersection of 4 awesome neighborhood North = Hollywood. East = Larchmont South = Hancock Park = West Hollywood



Technically we are in Hancock Park: Its residential, family friendly, and walkable.



ATTRACTIONS:

Getting Around:

The neighborhood is very walkable. We are literally feet from Melrose Ave.



Parking: 2 cars in driveway.



Metered Parking is along Melrose if you need additional parking.



Scooters: Bird, Lyft, and Lime are all fun apps you can download to use scooters to get around.



Uber/Lyft: Use ride sharing to avoid drinking and driving.



Subway: Believe it or not, we have a subway! Uber to the subway in Hollywood and get back and forth to places like Downtown without getting stuck in traffic!



Other Things to Note:

- NO PARTIES (this includes the guests. If any of the guests are staying up all night playing music and being disruptive than it is a party)

- NO LOUD MUSIC (keep all doors closed)

- NO MUSIC BY THE POOL PAST SUNSET

- ROOFTOP QUIET HOURS START AT 10pm (even talking echos throughout the neighborhood so please be respectful)

- ENTERING AND EXITING - Loud cars, drunk guests entering/exiting are disruptive.

- BEING RUDE TO THE NEIGHBORS- You will be asked to leave.



If you break any of these rules you will be asked to leave. The neighborhood is on high alert and police will be called. Remember you're staying in a home on a residential street. Please treat the space and the neighbors with respect. Otherwise you will be EVICTED IMMEDIATELY WITH NO REFUND AND $1000 NOISE FINE.



**For security purposes, there are outdoor security cameras & ring cameras. There is a noise monitoring device outside to monitor noise levels. We will notify you if noise levels exceed limit.



**Jacuzzi & yard maintenance occurs once a week and you will be notified the day before.



**Jacuzzi is heated but the Heated Pool is $150 a day and you must give me 24 hours notice- it takes 15 hours to heat up.
