The place was perfect. I had a place to work and the family had plenty of space to lounge. The Tiki bar by the pool was a nice place to unwind at the end of the day.

I love this property and always felt so comfortable staying here. The condo was wonderful and gave plenty of room for four adults and a kid to stay comfortably.

Room was very dated with very stale smell. Blinds broken in 2 rooms and string on bedroom blinds broken so we couldn’t get them shut all the way. No privacy. Floors broken also drawers, my 2 yr old is curious and almost pulled one on to him cause it wasn’t connected. The gates left open every night when we came in, lack of security. Trash had to be placed outside trash compactor with several other trash bags and a rabid raccoon. Didn’t like we had to take our trash around to a compactor ourselves vs having cleaning service. Not the experience we thought we were getting but it sufficed and was close enough to other activities.

The home is regularly inspected and maintained, and we will review the items you noted with our maintenance team to ensure everything is in proper condition. Cleanliness and guest safety are very important to us, and we take these comments seriously. Trash disposal procedures are set by the community, and guests are required to use the designated compactor area, as outlined in the listing. Gate operations and security are also managed by the condominium, not individually by hosts. We appreciate your comments, as they help us continue improving the experience for future guests.
