No Garage Access: The garage is unavailable for guests, but one driveway parking spot and visitor parking (subject to availability) are provided.

Strict Non-Smoking and No Party Policy: Our home is strictly non-smoking and not suitable for parties. A significant fine of $5,000 will be imposed for any violations of these policies to ensure the upkeep and quality of your stay.

Wi-Fi: You'll find the Wi-Fi name and password on the router located in the living room. If you have any issues connecting, try turning the router off and on again.

Heating/Cooling: The thermostat is located in the dining area. Adjust the temperature to suit your comfort. Please remember to turn it off when you go out for the day to conserve energy.

Kitchen Appliances: Instructions for using the oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and other appliances are in the top drawer next to the refrigerator. Please clean any appliances you use.
