Enjoy the stunning 360 degree views at this beautiful newer home in the gated community of Laguna Harbor. This canal front home boasts all of the thoughtful features you would expect in a custom built coastal home - and then some. With such great features as an RV garage with a 30 AMP connection (with an additional fee) and an outside shower. You will appreciate the thought that went into the construction of the home. With a wrap around porch you will surely enjoy the variety of vistas regardless of the season. You are welcome to tie your boat off at deck behind the house. You can see both the Gulf Coast and Galveston Bay from the porches/decks.
We do not provide cooking oil or seasonings.
Must be 25 yrs old to book.
No events allowed, max occupancy at all times is 6.
No pets allowed.
TV is live streaming.
RV space is available, 30 amp connection, with an additional fee of $75 per night and prior approval from management company.
Coffee pot is a regular drip type.
Outdoor gas grill is available.
