Rega Stays welcomes you to your new home away from home, where modern luxury meets unbeatable convenience in our beautifully styled and thoughtfully curated 1-bedroom condo. Nestled within a leisurely 10-minute stroll to the iconic Branson Landing, Downtown Branson, and the Convention Center (or a mere 3-minute drive), this condo promises an unforgettable stay. Starting in May, a brand new beautiful outdoor pool (seasonally - generally open Memorial Day through Labor Day but please ask for opening/closing dates), fire pit, gazebo and children's play area will open, free to use with your stay.

Or, for an additional $30, you and your family will have full access to a complete gym and indoor pool for your entire stay. Whether you prefer a refreshing swim under the sun or a soothing dip in the indoor pool (perfect for any weather), our amenities cater to your every mood. Additionally, we offer aqua Zumba classes and aqua aerobics for an hour in the morning and an hour in the evening. All classes are included in the $30 indoor amenities fee, and the indoor pool will not be available for open swim during those times. Fitness enthusiasts will be delighted by our expansive fitness center, equipped with state-of-the-art facilities to keep your workout routine on track while away from home. Stay active and energized throughout your stay with us.

The heart of our condo is our cozy yet spacious 1-bedroom accommodation, perfect for up to 4 guests. Sink into the comfort of a plush king-size bed after a day of exploration, or utilize the convenient pull-out full sofa bed for additional sleeping space.

Beyond our doorstep, Branson beckons with its vibrant attractions and entertainment. From world-class shows, to theme parks, to charming shops and eateries, there's something for everyone to enjoy just moments away.

Calling all boat enthusiasts! In addition to being located less than 5 miles from numerous Branson attractions, this downtown condo also sits alongside Roark Creek, offering a community boat launch and convenient access to Lake Taneycomo. We do not have trailer parking on site at this time.

Perfect Couples Getaway!

This place was perfect for the two of us for a long stay. It was clean, gorgeous and “homey!” The bed was super comfortable and everything felt freshly updated down to the towels! Would definitely come back here again!

A friend recommended Rega Stays to me and I trust him so I booked a room. It was a very good decision. The condo was very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was quite large. The kitchen appliances were all fairly new and clean. I visited the workout facility and it was really well equipped. The price was very reasonable. The location was great. I recommend Rega Stays for anyone looking for a place to stay.

Long weekend

Unit was very clean and everything was updated nicely. It is a very quite place even though its in the heart of downtown.Some of our favorites this trip were Top of the Rock, Sight and Sound Theater and College of the Ozarks.We enjoyed breakfast one morning at Farmhouse restaurant downtown and highly recommend it.

Adorable, clean and convenient

My seven-year-old granddaughter wanted a place with an indoor pool. I wanted a good location and my grandson is a little diva so what he wanted it to be nice. We all got what we wanted. Had a wonderful stay. We will stay again.

Couples Weekend

The property was nice. Mostly clean, comfortable furniture. Few small things like sink in the bathroom not totally clean(looked like it had been in the process of being cleaned and then forgot to drain/rinse out), but overall the unit was exactly as advertised and the owner was very kind in their extras offerings and check out instructions were super clear. Fantastic Place For Us And 2 Teens

This property is recently renovated. It’s just the right amount of space to have the comfort of home away from home while traveling with 2 teen boys. I enjoy cooking. The kitchen is nice. The style is a functional, tidy industrial/modern niche with a little touch of shabby chic. It really is nice to come in to find the Keurig with coffee pods at hand. The bed is very comfortable. The host was fantastic and interested in making our stay wonderful. Beautiful pool. Nice new outdoor amenities.

Christmas shopping getaway

This property is one of the few that exceeded my expectations. The biggest surprise is how roomy, comfortable and open the space is. I was a bit concerned that it would be cramped even w only 2 people but it was very spacious. Another concern was location but we were able to quickly get to all of our activities. The bed, sleeper sofa and bed linens were absolutely dreamy! The bed is the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in including my own! The only very minor issue was the window coverings. The blackout curtains didn’t fit the large window well and allowed light in around the edges but I placed pillows around to keep most of the light out at night. I definitely recommend this condo!

Hi! I'm Ashley, the founder of Rega Stays, and since we are grateful that you are considering our condo as a place to stay, I wanted to fill you in on who we are as your potential hosts.

First and foremost, we are a Christian family and we are proud of our faith. We (Scott and I) desire to instill this faith in our children and if successful, we would count this our lives' crowning achievement!

Our children, numerous as they are (7!), range in age from 4 to 23 and their individual personalities vary just as much. We have an artist (23), a singer (21), a softball/socialite (14), two baseball players (11 & 12), a gymnast (10) and ‘the boss’ (4).

After years in the corporate finance world, I left office life to pursue my dream of hosting. Now I consider it an extreme honor to get to play even the smallest part in helping my guests enjoy their vacations! ❤️ Scott, also in corporate finance, balances his professional work with his passion for farming.

We love our sports enjoying Chiefs, Royals and Wildcat games with friends, family and BBQ. Our weekends are marked with these as we love to host at our crazy, loud and packed house! While we play hard, we also work hard. Scott persistently reminds me to balance the former with the latter.

We each grew up in small, rural Kansas communities and a commonality within our individual families were annual trips to Branson and Silver Dollar City! Our childhood memories of these trips often overtook our conversations and we vowed our children would experience the same. Scott did not even put up an ounce of resistance when I suggested purchasing a condo for us to stay in and share with family and friends. We have enjoyed the experiences with our guests so much that we now own and/or manage 40!
