Ironwood Villa is a 3-bedroom villa with boat dock and private pool located on Jasmine Court in the idyllic community of West End on Grand Bahama Island only 56 miles from West Palm Beach, Florida.



The 2-story house comes complete with master bedroom with king bed and two guest bedrooms each with a queen bed and 3 1/2 bathrooms, sleeping 6 guests comfortably. The villa includes a fully equipped kitchen, BBQ grill. generator, private pool and the expansive pool area is perfect for entertaining. The 2nd story porch is ideal for sunset views. The house has a private fresh water pump so has delicious drinking water and more consistent water pressure at 40lbs of pressure.

The Villa has a private boat dock for vessels up to 75' for the exclusive use of villa guests. The dock can accommodate boats with up to a 7’ draft and comes with 30 and 50 amp power and water. The villa is situated on the fifth isle at Old Bahama Bay.

​The Villa is located within the gates of the charming Old Bahama Bay Resort making it the perfect getaway. The convenience of a marina with immigration and customs services make it a true dream spot. Grand Bahama International Airport is 26 miles away. Address is Jasmine Way, West End, Grand Bahama, The Bahamas.
