Welcome to our Zen and Gorgeous apartment where you will find comfort, style, and feel right at home with all the amenities provided for YOU!

We as travelers ourselves, know what it is to come home when you are away from home. And, as caring hosts, we did our best to make sure you will feel at home while staying here.

The apartment has a breathtaking view! It's truly a great balcony to do a meditation, have breakfast or dinner, or just sit in silence and watch the gorgeous lake.


The space
This spacious apartment has high ceilings, a beautiful lake, and ocean views. It has a very peaceful vibe where you can truly rest.

The newly remodeled kitchen has all the necessary appliances for short and long stays. It has everything you will need to feel at home.

Enjoy the spacious yet cozy bedroom that comes with a comfortable and luxurious Zuma mattress in King size and a canopy for a romantic touch.

The balcony has a small table for two so you can have your coffee with breakfast or wine with dinner. And enjoy the romantic swing for two people, afterwards.

The cozy bathroom has a nice shower head that will have strong water pressure to wash away the stress.

The property comes with a brand-new white electrical piano. You can play on it but please be respectful of the hours so we don't bother the neighbours.

Guest access
You can access anything except one of the closets which will have a lock on it and one of the bathrooms.

The first floor of the building has a convenience store where you can buy pretty much anything you need.

It also has a salon where you can do your hair, nails, and other spa procedures.

We have free parking but you can only park at the red spots. Please do not park on reserved spots or you will be towed away.

The pool is only for resident's use. Please be aware if you use the pool you will be charged $100 as it is against the house rules.

The building is located near 95 freeway and is perfectly centered between North and South. It takes 15 minutes to get to Sunny Isles, 5 minutes to Aventura, and 25 minutes to Miami Beach (this is without traffic).

We are 10 minutes away from the famous Aventura Mall. We have many famous restaurants nearby as well as great plazas with Publix supermarket.
